They were very careful while moving items to paint and spent time making sure all the little details were right. The quoting process was very easy. Mike came out to look at the house and go over what we wanted. He talked through the process and followed up with a emailed quote. Mike was great at communicating the schedule and giving us a heads up when he was painting near a door to make sure we didn't need to leave. We are so happy with the new house exterior.

I can't say enough about Mike and Josh with Indy Enterprises. After visiting our home on a weekend…read moreto walk through the areas of the interior we were looking to have painted, Mike followed up quickly with an easy to understand and incredibly reasonable quote. Having the interior of your home painted in the time of COVID could have proven to be an incredible inconvenience. But I can honestly say that working from home while Mike and Josh (and their colleague Matt, for one day) was a pleasure. They treated our home with a tremendous amount of respect and care. I was so impressed with the attention they paid to every detail -- whether it was the walls and trim they were painting, or the furniture they were moving to make room for their work. Mike listened carefully to what we wanted to have done to the house, and he and his team executed on that plan flawlessly. And though they worked carefully, they also worked amazingly fast -- the entire downstairs of our house was painted in three days time. Any time they moved an item, they painstakingly replaced it in the exact same spot. Perhaps most importantly, I found Mike and Josh to be incredibly kind and thoughtful. On the first day they were painting in the home I asked them to be mindful of our cats -- one of whom occasionally tries to escape. Later in the day, when a door was left ajar (not their fault at all -- the door doesn't latch properly) they leapt to action, helping me search the house and yard to make sure the cat was inside (he was). It probably sounds like a small thing, but anytime you let people into your home to do work you're never totally sure what to expect. With Indy Enterprises you can expect the very best. We've been in this house for two months, but now that the painting is complete I truly feel like I'm at home. I will certainly call Mike the next time we need any work done here, and will recommend him again and again.

During our project he took a week vacation, which he didn't tell us about before he started. In addition he took on another job and didn't show up for a week. He told us he had an opportunity to make a quick buck and was backed up on his child support so he had to take it. In the meantime our house was torn up. The other 7 weeks he averaged about 25 hrs of work per week. Between cigarettes every 40 min, not showing up at all, or working half days it is no wonder it's still not done. Our final straw was him working two days straight 3-4 hours and storming out after I called him out on the shower door being installed improperly. He agreed to come back and fix it the next day and finish installing the bathroom door (which was hitting the floor). He never showed up. He texted us in the afternoon saying he had a rough day and will be there tomorrow, Saturday. We adjusted out schedules once again, but Jason never shows up Saturday. I called and texted him and with no response. I decided to end the job before it was complete. I packed up the few tools he had laying around the house and put them outside for him to pickup. The headache of dealing with him is no longer worth it. He has no respect for a homeowner or their schedule. He does not stick to his word and seems to have an excuse for everything. His price was fair and his tile work was ok, but his foresite and planning a complete job bathroom job was extremely poor. If you have endless amounts of time to rotate your schedule and your home around Jason than by all means use him.

He has…read moretextured my ceiling after a water leak ruined it and my friend had no idea how to recreate the ceiling texture 90% of homes have these days. Kevin fixed it easily. The next time he fixed the corner of my kitchen that got damaged by my son. And again when my plumbers cut a huge hole in my shower he fixed that as well. Also had to have a new lock installed as the one my original locksmith provided was of very poor quality as well as my previous door installer did a horrible job of installing the door so he fixed that. I would have had him install the door but didn't know at the time he could have done that. Right now he is working on my new house finishing the garage and installing electrical fixtures. Very reliable over many years and punctual.

The reason I contacted Bowersock originally was because of great reviews...He responded to me…read morequickly and I hired him..Ours was a total kitchen remodel..Even some structural changes..He brought with him a man to give an estimate for new cabinets..He turned out to be a great guy who did amazing work...As the work began and progressed, Kevin was easy to work with and he did fine work..He would even go the extra mile, here and there...He sub-contracted our porcelain tile floor, and paid them from the total of our contract with him...It looked very nice, when completed...The job finished and we had a lovely kitchen..We were very pleased..The job finished in early July, 2016.. So why the low rating?..We are still entangled with Kevin Bowersock..About 2 months after the job finished, the grout in our new floor began to crack and even break out...I informed Kevin, and then contacted the company, Local Hands, who had done the tile..They were very slow to get back to me, but finally did and in November 2016 a man from Local Hands came by and looked at the floor...He absolutely agreed that it needed to be fixed...They finally arrived to re-grout in January 2017...Within 6 weeks the tile began to crack again...I emailed Kevin to let him know of the issue and tried to contact Local Hands..They have never again responded to me... Of course, I had to go back to Kevin with this issue..The tile needed to be fixed and it was ultimately his responsibility...I sent emails back and forth with Kevin between March and August of 2017, with no resolution.. Many emails later, in December 2017, Kevin got back to me and we agreed to address the issue the first of 2018...Many emails later I heard from Kevin in March...No resolution... In April of this year, we had a flooring company come to remove and replace the tile, properly...That, nearly 2 years after the tile was originally done..The cost was $3,252.31...We paid for our tile floor twice...Kevin ignores most emails...He finally called me in July, he acknowledged that the cost was his responsibility and offered a payment monthly, until it was paid..We got the first payment almost immediately and nothing since...And again, he ignores my emails... Kevin does very good work, unless something goes wrong..Then, I wish you good luck..I suppose we will end up in court..
