If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband was hit by a drunk driver in March, and his bike…read morewas taken to Savage Cycles for repairs. It took eight months to get the motorcycle back, and when we did, the paint was done incorrectly and the bike wouldn't even turn over. We brought it back, hoping they'd make things right -- instead, it took another two months. When we finally picked it up again, the brake lights didn't work, the shift lever was placed higher than the primary cover, and the levers and grips had all been moved. The bike was still not properly repaired. The owner, Paul, was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. When we tried to address the issues, he became rude, dismissive, and even mocked me. He refused to let us start the bike before leaving his shop, and said he was done working on it -- despite never fixing it correctly in the first place. After months of waiting and thousands of dollars tied up in insurance repairs, we're left with a bike that still isn't right. I would never recommend Savage Cycles to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for their customers is beyond unacceptable

The customer service number is about as useless as a vehicle that doesnt run. If you have questions…read moreabout there hiring process or want to know how much an hour they pay starting out or other related questions you are expected to literally drive to the location even though being able to talk to someone for 2-3 minutes could answer these questions. Customer service refuses to connect you to the HR department or give out the number saying you have to drive there. Are you going to pay for my gas to get there? Not likely. If you dont want to talk to people than give the useless customer service staff you employ all of the valid info regarding working there. And dont expect people to drive there without knowing the important questions anyone should ask before applying somewhere. I'm not going to apply to a company and waste my time without first knowing the rate of pay you intend to start new hires out at. You literally make trying to get a job there pointless and harder than it should be. Guess I'll be looking elsewhere. I have no respect or patience for a company that pulls this kind of antics.

they have all sorts of hidden fees. they bill you for removing parts you don't want…read more patently counter , they charge you to go see if they have a part. then when I btrought the wheel I needed up, they added on an environmental fee that per the receipt for s refunded with purchase of a guarantee. that is a lie. they tried to charge $10 to dismount the tire they wanted to keep, or $20 for the tire. what they originally said would cost $22.00 ended up costing $64.51- 3 times what they said, then made all sorts of excuses why. even the manager Robert painter had no explanation other than that's how they do it. I'm 48 and this was literally the worst salvage yard experience I've ever had. I'll never come back.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and do a very good job, and aren't just some guy, but have been an employee for a long time. The owner is upfront on pricing, and if something is going to cost extra, he makes it a priority to inform you before proceeding on the repair. I have referred this shop to friends and family, and they all have had a good experience. This shop is primarily jeep focused, but can accommodate trucks and SUVs with the same professionalism and knowledge. Try them out and see yourself, you won't be disappointed.

I have purchased many of things that truck stuff and I've been a loyal customer and always felt appreciated and always felt valued and always have enjoyed shopping there. I recently placed an order for something around $200 did a little research it took longer than I expected for it to come in and ended up not needing it. I contacted them and told them hey after some research, I will not need that part dealt with the Manager Bryan and he stated so now you're telling us that we ordered this part for you and we're stuck with the restocking fee and the back charge of the shipping and I stated I'm sorry I don't need the part. How much are you guys being charged after almost 5 minutes of back-and-forth while I'm on my way home from work he refused to tell me the amount told me it was irrelevant, and then had the audacity and the disrespect to tell me that I returned things on a regular basis, which was inaccurate and then had the disrespect to tell me to take my business elsewhere as it would be easier and more pleasant in the future my last purchase there was over $4600 now there's many of people that have spent more than me. I would imagine but at the same time after I called back after I was hung up on from him and spoke with him. I was informed that I spent too much time with each person when I make my purchases I've never been spoke to from a parts store, and I will unfortunately never shop here again and everybody that I know I will make sure they know to never come here and never spend their money here I always valued going to truck stuff even with their markup and over prices, but I was told by this person directly on the phone I would be better off taking my business elsewhere and they would be better off. I quote his words that is disgusting and tasteful and ridiculous for a manager to speak to a customer like that I've dealt with the owner seemed like a great guy, but to have a manager like that speak with an A customer is unbelievable
