When I went to get it they said they did the work and gave me the bill. It was no where near as expensive as I thought it would be. Went to the car and found the work had not been done. Went back in and the guy said he didn't do the work because it was to expensive. What? I'm the one paying the bill. He said it would cost $1,200. I said that's less than I thought and wanted it done. He said he would order the parts and give me a call. Never heard from him and when I called he did not remember what the car problem was or what parts to order. I'll think twice before returning.

I was referred to Avery Automotive by a coworker and required some routine maintenance on my SUV. I…read morecontacted Brendan Avery (owner) to schedule my appointment for Tuesday, 2 January 2024. I was greeted by Brendan upon arrival and checked-in with Bryan at the front desk. The process was quick and easy, it took less than 2 minutes and I was seated in the waiting area. I was immediately impressed with the friendly and professional staff. The waiting room was spotless with plenty of auto magazines to keep me occupied during my wait. I met Zach and Mike, the automotive technicians and had an opportunity to ask questions and get their expert advice on my SUV service. Mike noted that one of my front wiper blades was worn out and the set needed to be replaced. Great catch just in time for the winder weather! Mike even took a picure of the worn wiper blade for my service paperwork, above and beyond what the 'big' dealerships do. Brendan (owner) and the entire Avery team was great, the technicians answered all of questions and the billing charge was very reasonable. Avery Automotive provides 'old fashioned quality service, with honesty and integrity. I will be a customer for life and give them my HIGHEST recommendation anyone's automotive service needs.

I had a good experience with the car detailing with this company. However, I would not recommend…read morethe repair portion of the business. I have a vehicle that had hail damage mostly on the hood. My husband and I stopped by twice to ask for a verbal estimate to use paintless dent repair on the hood only. Both times the owner told us it would be between $300 - $500. However, when we scheduled an appointment and dropped off the vehicle to be repaired we received a call saying the charges would actually be $650. (We also received a written quote this time.) When my husband asked why it was so much more than he had previously been quoted the owner responded that the vehicle incurred additional hail damage since the last time he saw it two weeks before. About a week or two before there was a hail storm in the area, however the vehicle was stored in a garage and did not receive any additional damage. My husband said as much, however, the owner still maintained that the quote of $650 would stand. The total quote was about $1,000. I suspect that the business owner looked at the insurance coverage information that was in the vehicle and expected that we would file a claim. If we filed a claim the insurance deductable less the groupon would have been the amount he originally verbally quoted. Of course I should have gotten a written estimate to begin with, but I had taken in another vehicle for the same type of dentless repair without a written estimate and did not receive a revised quote. As a result of my last experience I would suggest you make sure you bases are covered if you decide to use this company.
