We even took half the motorcycle apart trying to find the sticker or something to identify the the color code. I got tired and left. I had to think long and hard if this cycle worth what the bill was going to be. I looked the fender over very good and the match was perfect. Considering there are over 2 million colors to chose from. They charged my a modest price and the best paint job anyone could ask for. This place is super busy and they managed to work me in right away. Totally amazing group. Thanks Matt and your painters for your dedication. I really do appreciate all that you do. When I finally got involved and started making JR accountable for the work not being done, I was met with a terrible attitude and excuses. After we picked up the truck (in all its pieces) JR gave my husband's number to some random customer because he thought the other customers part(s) may have been put on the trailer with our truck!!! Unprofessional is such an understatement but it applies to every aspect of how this shop and its owner operate! I would NEVER take another car here and would HIGHLY recommend using a reputable shop because whatever work JR does will have to be redone costing you more in the end!!! Spend the extra now on a reputable company or spend it later to have the job redone if you take something to JR's shop.

After some minor paint damage happened to my car, I took it to Dacus for an estimate. They…read moreperformed the estimate and sent it to me, and then I provided it to my insurance company - all good so far. After insurance processed it, we received a check for $500 less than what the claim had been. I called the insurance company to ask why this was, and they said that Dacus had agreed to do the work for the lower price, so with my deductible and the check they had sent I would be good to go. I called Dacus to schedule to work, however they surprised me: They said they didn't care what they had agreed to with the insurance company, they would be charging me the full price on the original estimate, and probably more, and I would just have to eat what insurance didn't cover. Thankfully, I called my insurance and was able that check voided (it was addressed to the body shop), and found another body shop that agreed to do the work at the price that Dacus had agreed to do it for before they tried to make me pay the original estimate price out of pocket. The insurance company had the documentation that Dacus had agreed to do the work for that lower price, email trail and everything, so Dacus apparently thought they would just agree to the lower price and then get some extra money on top out of me. No thanks.
