Fastest arrival time, experienced on the loading and a super smooth process. Would definitely go through them again.

What should have been a pleasant and 2 minute interaction to allow me to retrieve an item from my wrecked car was instead was infuriating. He talks to women as if they were a dog, no greeting, only glaring at you and ordering you to sit, not responding to simple and normal questions or statements, instead only to mumble a partial question back and then getting angry. When I told him that I was blocking the exit for a large truck, he yelled back well they can just wait. As the truck continued to honk, I repeated it again that I am blocking the exit, and that I would like to go move my car, only for him to yell just do what you want. And then to say OK I guess you can move your car. The only thing he should have done was verify who I am and allow me to retrieve an item out of the car. Instead, I went to move the vehicle that I was driving and on the way took the item out of my car and left. He should not be employed anywhere that interacts with humans or animals. Bullet towing needs to fire him and hire someone reasonable.

I recently had a horrible experience with Victory Towing that everyone needs to be made aware of…read more On August 31, 2019, my husband and I were driving to St. Petersburg (from our home in Sarasota) to meet friends for dinner and a movie when my car started shaking violently. It stopped doing it at speeds over 60. We were only a few miles away from St. Pete, so we decided to keep going and find on-street parking. Once there, I called my insurance company for Roadside Assistance because I knew it was not safe to drive back to Sarasota. In less than 5 minutes from that call, I received a call from Victory Towing. From here on out, I'll be using Time Stamps to show the order of events. 8/31/19 - 6:22pm (Saturday) - Victory Towing calls. Tow is scheduled. Am told that tow truck driver will be there between 7:30-8pm. 8pm - I call Victory Towing. I update them on the address of my car. (I was off by a block on my first call.) They tell me that's fine and they update it in the system. There had been a delay on their end, but I was next in line. 8:25pm - I call Victory Towing. I tell them we have a movie starting at 8:55pm. They inform me there has been another delay, but not to worry. They tell me to just leave the keys on the top of the left front tire, and the driver will get my car while I'm at the movie. 11:03pm - Car has yet to be picked up. I call Victory Towing. I am told that their tow truck was involved in an accident and that there had been another delay. Am told that the truck has to get back to Palmetto by the end of the night so getting my car to Bradenton is no problem. Told by dispatcher to leave my keys on the tire and let my friend drive me back to Sarasota. Dispatcher tells me I will receive a call when the car is picked up and dropped off. I'm nervous about leaving my car, but dispatcher assures me there is nothing to worry about. I try to stay awake waiting for the call, but I fall asleep after 1am. 9/1/19 - 8:42am (Sunday) - I speak with a woman at Victory Towing who looks in the system and tells me the job is marked completed. I breathe a sigh of relief. I called my dealership, but the service department is closed until Tuesday because of the Labor Day holiday. I leave a message. 9/3/19 - 9:30am (Tuesday) - I call service department at dealership to explain problems with my car. Am told they will look into and get back to me. 11:10am - I call dealership back because I had not heard from them. They tell me they have looked everywhere, but my car is not there. They will keep looking. 11:15am - I call Victory Towing and speak with Susan. She looks in the system. It says car had been dropped off at correct address, but she will investigate. 11:49am - Susan from Victory Towing calls back. She informs me that my car was never picked up in St. Pete. At this point, I'm furious. I ask why no one ever called me to tell me. I ask why their system said the job was completed. I get no answers. I hang up. At this point, I call my insurance, they send out a new tow truck (from a different company). That company is very good about keeping in contact with me. By some miracle (and probably because of the holiday weekend), my car is exactly where I had left it. No damage to it. No tickets. The new company tows it to my dealership, and it is repaired. So, there are two morals to the story. 1) Don't leave your car on the street, even if the man on the phone sounds very nice and trusting. I trusted a business to do what they said they were going to do. I should have stayed with the car and waited for the tow truck. That is on me. 2) DON'T EVER USE VICTORY TOWING! YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM.
