Pedro got my car in Venice on a roadside assistance call. Fastest response I've had with roadside. He communicated well. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He got me and my car home safely. Thank you Pedro. read more

Dream Towing - Towing Near Me

Coastguard (Allstate) set us up with them and they never answered the phone and didn't show up at all. After waiting 3 hours we just paid for someone else. You can just pay ahead and be reimbursed by your insurance. Insurance companies pick crappy companies like this because they are dirt cheap for them read more

How do they allow businesses like these to operate? No show and won't answer the phone ; they just leave you on the side of the road. HORRIBLE read more

had to call multiple times before anybody answered said they were going to pick up my car at 12:30 and didn't show up until after past 2 PM. I tried calling multiple times to check and see where the driver was and kept getting sent to voicemail. I would not trust this place to tow my car next time. read more

I used Dream Towing through my roadside assistance. I was told 90 minute, my neighbor picked me up and took me home so I didn't have to wait in the heat (May 21,2026) To my surprise the driver called 20 minutes later, he was already there. He even told me what was wrong with my car. I wish I remembered the driver's name but I forgot. This was Friday evening of Memorial Day. Id give 10 if possible. read more

I had car issues, was stranded, alone with my 2 children. Contracted this company and they said they'd have a driver to me 90 mins. I went without a tow for 4 hrs, I was stuck in city away from home, in a sketchy neighborhood and this company didn't even have the curtesy to communicate or render help. I called another company. DO NOT USE THEM read more

Dream Towing - Just dropped my truck off without communication - Towing Near Me

More like Nightmare Towing. We waited over 2.5 hours in the sweltering heat for a tow. Every time we called to see how much longer they would be, they told us another 30-45 minutes until they just stopped answering the phone altogether. We finally just cancelled the tow request and used my Geico roadside assistance which had a tow truck to us in 20 minutes. read more

I was serviced through All State. I waited 5 hours for no one to show up. Just ended up canceling my tow. This tow service is a joke and a headache. I would leave negative stars if I could. read more

I'd give them negative stars if possible. This towing company was assigned to me by my Roadside Assistance agreement with Allstate insurance. I never used either one before. After waiting 2.5 hours and their ETA came and no one showed up. I called the company and boy did they have their excuses all lined up!!!. He's still over an hour away and has to unload the cars he has and he needs to send a flat bed because my car is all wheel drive(it is front wheel drive). Yes, it's been 4 hours and I'm waiting for another company to "rescue" me. This company needs to lose its license and go out of business. Stay away!!! read more

Leaves you stranded for hours. Had to call someone else. The worst of the worst. Called and was told lies. Shame on them.

Last night, my car broke down, and roadside assistance dispatched Dream Towing. From there, everything went downhill. I waited for nearly 3 hours in the heat with no facilities, updates, or communication from Dream. The dispatch time kept updating slightly, but no truck arrived. Calls to both the driver and roadside assistance went unanswered. Eventually, I abandoned my car and got a ride. Hours later, the driver finally called, admitting he was "stretched too thin." While he was polite, it's irresponsible to accept every tow request knowing there's no capacity to deliver. This system leaves customers stranded for hours, especially in dangerous conditions. Florida's heat, no car power, and no ability to charge a phone add to the risks. Reading dozens of similar one-star reviews revealed a pattern: almost everyone left waiting for hours, with no communication. Dream Towing's business model stretches itself at the expense of stranded customers. Dealerships using Agero as a third-party roadside provider should escalate cases after 90 minutes. Dream reportedly manipulates ETA times, further frustrating customers. Dream also indicates that they are in a nearby vicinity and they are not. The company advised that dream selects a high volume of jobs and we'll get the jobs and claim the jobs before other tow companies do. It does not appear that they have a plan to assist stranded motorist, they just grab as many jobs as possible to make revenue through volume. read more

This company is a SCAM! They left us sitting for over 5 HOURS waiting for a tow! I called numerous times and then they stopped answering their phones. We arranged a tow at 1022 am! Dream Towing told us at 1130 we were NEXT and then at 1152 told us on the phone they were coming from Bradenton and it would be 30 more minutes. The DELAYS went on for HOURS! Finally at the 5 hour mark, we scrapped the idea of having Chevrolet Roadside Assistance and DREAM TOWING ever show up and we hired a private towing company that came within 20 minutes to get us! So after 51/2 hours we left and it was ONLY THEN that DREAM TOWING that had left us STRANDED decided to call to let me know they finally arrived! YOU LEFT US STRANDED! This is the most UNCONSCIONABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL TOWING COMPANY I have ever encountered! YOU refused to answer the phone, made promises you never kept and your staff are INCOMPETENT at best! Shame on you for leaving people stranded. I just hope you end up going out of buisness because I will be posting my FIRST HAND ACCOUNT of your HORRIFIC SERVICE on every platform I can post this at! Shame on YOU! @Dream Towing LLC DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! EVER!! I am furious I have to give a star. This company deserves NEGATIVE STARS! read more

Dream Towing - FB page of this horrific company! - Towing Near Me

This is hands-down the shittiest excuse for a towing company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Don't even bother unless you want to pay to be lied to and stranded like a complete dumbass. They don't answer their fucking phones. When they finally do, they feed you bullshit about showing up in 30 minutes--spoiler alert: they never come. I sat there for HOURS. Then they had the nerve to start forwarding my calls so I couldn't even yell at them. And let's talk about the money. Oh, they'll take your payment real fast, no problem there. But actually showing up to do the job? Nope. They straight-up canceled my tow without even telling me. No call, no text, nothing. Just left me high and dry with my car stuck and my wallet lighter. The only saving grace was ONE poor guy who actually picked up the phone after a million tries. He was ready to help and come get me. Too bad by then I'd already called someone else who actually knows how to do their fucking job. That guy doesn't even belong at this clown show--he should quit and work somewhere that deserves him. Seriously, fuck this company. If you want to pay to be ignored, lied to, and treated like absolute shit while your car rots on the side of the road, be my guest. Otherwise, stay as far away from these incompetent, money-grabbing assholes as humanly possible. Worst service I've ever seen in my life. read more

Same, Same. First arrival time quoted 3pm. Actual arrival 7:30 pm. Several quoted times in-between, all a big lie. He will be there in 20 minutes, he will be there in 35 minutes. I had to leave the keys in the the vehicle and go to work. I left written instructions with the vehicle and some guy/dispatcher when they finally contacted me. Nothing was followed. Wasted my very busy day. Do not use. They should not have a towing license. read more

The experience was awful. The Dream should be changed to Nightmare. It was over 4 hours wait for them. They picked up my vehicle but didn't tow it to where I requested. Instead it sat in their lot for 4 nights before finally getting it back to me to my tow location 2 hours away. They rarely answer the phone and the one time I got through to someone the guy flat out lied and said it was on its way on day two of my wait. They're connected to a 3rd party service that finds tow providers. read more

Same as everyone else here, I was given a time frame of when they would be out of about an hour 1/2. They were assigned through my State Farm roadside assistance program. The first they were assigned to me was last Thursday (12/03) when I had moving guys coming to move me from Sarasota to Tampa. I called early around 9 am and by 11 am the estimated time got longer and longer, even though after waiting 90 minutes it said they were 'arriving soon'. I called their number, the messages were full. Then it extended the time out to 30-40 minutes and then extended it more. I gave up and cancelled and got jump from a neighbor and drove to Clearwater, where my car couldn't be started again. Then a 2nd time they were assigned to me. I called State Farm assistance on the Friday after my move (10/04) to schedule a Monday morning pickup to take my car to a garage to be fixed before Hurricane Milton. This morning rolls around and I get the same message for 1.5 hour wait and then it said they were 'arriving soon' and never arrived. Tried to call them again and no one answered, could only leave message. State Farm reassigned it to a different towing contractor (Rock Solid towing in Clearwater - excellent service from them!) I don't know what they are struggling with in their company, I see on their FB page they are hiring drivers, maybe this is the reason, but they should have better communication, at least hire a person to monitor the phones and give people real ETAs. They definitely shouldn't be a contractor for a road side assist service if they can't respond to the calls and at least give out accurate information or have a person you can speak to. I feel like 'Dream' Towing is truly that, as 'in your dreams' a figment of your imagination that never materializes and definitely never showed up, at least for me. read more

Chase, our credit card company hooked us up with this unreliable company thru their road dispatch benefit plan, just after noon today. We promptly received a text stating to expect them in 90 to 120 minutes. About 3 hours later, after not responding to texts, or answering the phone, we get a text to expect them in about 20 minutes. Of course more than an hour later, still a no-show. We finally realized that we needed to call a reputable company, Castillo Towing, who came right out and towed our car to the dealership. Then around 8 PM, we get a call from Nightmare Towing asking if we need a tow. Want to waste a day, then by all means, call this company. read more

Worthless and completely unreliable company. Firestone in West Chase is connected with them and use them to have vehicles towed to the Firestone shops. We waited for two hours after they kept telling us it would only be 20-30 min. Avoid at all costs. They sent a driver who spoke no English. We tried to communicate with Google translate. He still couldn't understand were my car needed to be towed. I turned my back to assist my son with cerebral palsy and he drove off. I literally was running down the drive way waving at him. He watched me and continued to drive off leaving us abandoned. Thank God it was daylight. I'm escalating this to the BBB and other agencies b/c he left a mother with a disabled son on the side of the road. Absolutely the worst. After being assigned by State Farm, I waited for over 3 hours only to have Dream Towing cancel. Way to leave someone stranded on I-75 at 8:15 PM. There is no possible way this company should still be in business. Make sure you read all of the reviews. read more

This was really unbelievable. We called this morning at 7am for roadside assistance through Good Sam as our battery had died, and Dream Towing took the order. We were told 75 minutes. After 2 hours, I called Dream Towing and they apologized and said they would be here in 30 minutes. After 4 hours I left a voicemail and texted them and they told me they would check and get back with me. They never got back with me. Next I called Good Sam back, who in turn called Dream Towing and I was told to wait another 30 minutes. No one came! After nearly 8 hours, I called back and insisted that they not use Dream Towing, who had completely lost credibility. Now we have to wait for another company to come jump our battery. This is remarkably the worst experience I have ever had with any company. read more

Oh my gosh. One of today's scammy business. I pay A LOT of money to Veritas for vehicle service and support on my Mercedes. Flat tire today and need a tow. They took the job, Veritas said they'd text with updates. No texts. Called their number. Number switched over from a FL # to another state. No answer. Voice mailbox full. They were to be here within 90 minutes. 3 hours later I'm still waiting. Told Veritas to find someone else since I wouldn't trust this company to come near me or my car. At 7:45 this morning, Dream Towing was dispatched to my home to change a tire. The ETA was 60-90 minutes. At 8:57 am the ETA was revised to 38 minutes. The next message was that the driver was on the way. At 10:11 this morning the insurance company asked if the job had been completed. After a no response, the insurance company said that the ETA was 20 minutes. The same thing happened at 11:15. It is now 11:47 and the driver just called me. He said that dispatch just gave him my request three minutes ago. They need a new dispatcher. I've done that job in the past and it's not that difficult. read more

Absolutely Terrible Company, Have To Call Three Times Before They Answer The Phone And After You Finally Get Through To Them They Are Going To Lie To You 4 Times About The ETA Of The Tow Truck Driver & Have You Waiting Over 4+ Hours For A 20 Minute Tow Instead Of Declining The Pick Up ( They Were Assigned From Insurance Company ) . Updated ETA several times. After waiting almost 4 hours the driver arrived and (I'm not kidding) pulled up a Youtube video on how to tow a Mercedes. He then said he didn't have any towing hooks and couldn't help. I called King Pupo Towing and he got the job done without any fuss. read more
