If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.

Very crammed and it was very hard to see which Pastries to buy while going through a line of people grabbing the same thing. But I'm glad that they do have individual tongs to get the pastries ourselves, which is great for the cleanliness. The staff is working very hard and I could tell they are stressed out. I think they would be better if they can hire more people at the checkout because the line is long and it's moving very slow so it's hard to be carrying a tray full of pastries while waiting in line. I had the Easter themed donuts with cream inside, which is very light and fluffy. My daughter loved it. Also got to try their popular Korean iced coffee with milk. It's on the bland side; not strong coffee.

I don't eat much sweets or desserts but Crumbl KNOWS how to make chocolate chip cookies! I don't like the new seasonal thing one, however. I like that you can order in store or mobile. I did the .99¢ gift wrap lol I expected actual wrapping but the bow, bday balloons and generic white sticker message was cute and alright. However, when I called today to make the same request, I was told it was no longer possible because the cakes now come pre-made? If that's true, it's disappointing to hear Crumbl has moved away from making their own cakes fresh. But what bothered me more was the dismissive attitude I received. The person I spoke to apparently seemed unwilling to offer any kind of help or workaround, even though this has been done before.
