I schedule a pickup order for Saturday June 6, 2026 for 4:30 PM on Tuesday June 2, 2026. I screenshot the order and received my confirmation email. I get there on June 6th and they don't have my order. I tell them that I have reached out before ordering and placed a future order for pick up. They ask when I did that and I tell them that I pre-ordered on Tuesday. Their reply? "Oh, we probably threw away the ticket." WTAF!! I had search for my email and show then proof of payment. Unfortunately, three of the donuts were not available so they gave them to me without being glazed. Never again will I pre-order. That team cannot be trusted.

My first impression when I walked into this place is that it is so cute and aesthetic. They have a display in the middle with really unique pastries and then against the wall there's different type of pastry selection. All of the pastries were so pretty and fresh looking. The variety was almost kind of crazy because they had so many different types of desserts available. I also saw that they offered custom cakes. The girl at the front was super helpful with getting my order since I had ordered from my phone. I was thrilled when they gave me my drink and it looked exactly like what I had seen on Instagram! The presentation was great, the inside was smeared with marshmallow fluff in the top had graham cracker crumbs on top. The drink itself was pretty good too, definitely super chocolatey and rich! I got an extra shot of espresso, which helped balance out the flavor a lot. The drink was exactly what I wanted and was advertised. I can't wait to come back and try all the other fun seasonal drinks they're gonna offer and I will definitely be getting a pastry next time!
