Beware of this company. I hired them to do some work and scheduled an appointment. They did show…read moreup and didn't call. I called them and was told there was family emergency. I scheduled another appointment and they again didn't show up and didn't call. This time they said their truck broke down. Crazy me scheduled again, and low and behold they didn't show up again. I called a different number this time because they were not answering my calls and the person told me he would get right back to me. He called me back and said I should expect a call within 5 minutes. I never received a call. I then sent them a couple appropriately worded texts/emails and they didn't respond. They never once said they were sorry. I called Knights Insulation and they are coming to coming tomorrow and I will update with how that went. Don't use this company they don't care about you or your time. How anyone can have so little regard for someone is beyond me. Is all they had to do was tell me they didn't want my business and I would have been fine. But to continually string me along is totally disrespectful.

That product properly installed is exceptional when compared with pink insulation or even the Roxul stuff. Especially for the roof as it really is water resistant so it proofs against leaks too. Price for the work was ok too for this kind of insulation (got quote from another company about for same ammount).

This company has refused to take responsibility for their mistake so we have been left with covering the total cost to pay another company to undo their mistake and then remediate the mold. You've been warned and if you've already used them, I suggest you go and check their work.
