I have been made fun of for putting AMSOIL in an economy when I've asked for a filter. I also once yelled at to go to the back counter when I politely asked a staff member where to take recycled oil as it was my first time recycling oil there. Was then spoken to rudely by a cashier another time when I came to get oil and they asked if I needed a filter and I told them I already bought one online. They insisted I should buy the filter there next time (although I avoided this because of the earlier encounter). Overall great selection and nice store, but not the nicest people.

Absolutely the best auto recycler I've ever dealt with. Customer service is more like a high-end…read moreluxury goods store at the mall than what a typical auto recycler exhibits. They have a good-sized inventory, well-managed inventory system, low prices, fast shipping, and expert knowledge on what will work/not work for your particular application. I am not an auto shop, just a DIY-er who grew tired of my local auto recycler's high prices, lack of inventory, and just plain BS-ing me to make a sale. I called Schram and spoke with Brad- he hooked me up with an electronic shifter for my Chevy Bolt and set up communication from not just Schram, but from UPS. I knew where that part was in the USA, traveling to me 1 hour after I bought it! And yes, the part worked perfectly and solved the common "Service Transmission" light famous on Chevy Bolts. Dealer wanted $1,200 to repair....My local auto recycler wanted $140 for the part after lying, swearing, and treating me like a junkyard dog....I bought mine for 1/2 price from Schram- and that included shipping cost. Installed it and the car runs like new. Thank you, Brad! Thank you Schram!

Had it towed to Mark's Harthun auto and he not only replaced the timing chain but literally pulled the engine, tore it completely down replaced bent valves pulled the pistons w new rings etc etc even replaced the faulty A//C compressor for thousands less than the dealership quoted! He also worked with the warranty people to get my $2500 credit toward the repairs! The mechanics there know their stuff! Harthun is primarily known for building RACE CAR ENGINES and I swear my Buick hybrid is much faster than when I purchased it! Dont be surprised to see muscle and classic cars in his lot.
