My appointments were both early morning and they immediately began working on my vehicle. It only took a few days for them to get my windshield in stock. Prices seemed reasonable as were the wait times. Their waiting area was comfortable and coffee was available. Both times my vehicle was completed ahead of time. I did not run these through my insurance but I paid with a credit card. I appreciate the fact I did get a text reminder of my appointments the day before.
