Took my info & called back with info that it would take 5-6 months (car too new). Confirmed by my dealer. He said he would check & get back as soon as he could get one. That was October 23. Got a call yesterday with good news, they could get one & install today 11/15! They text with updates, greatly appreciated! My Happy Thanksgiving$$$

On the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, he let us come to his house and we were ready-to-roll in about 15 minutes ... and with a windshield where I could not even identify where the crack was previously! On another note, we had had a much smaller one previously repaired a few weeks ago, by a "big name" company. And although they were extremely nice and did a good job, I can still see where that one was located - and as I said, it was a MUCH less destructive crack than the one Keith literally erased from our windshield. Very nice man - great work - great price - in-and-out in 15 minutes. Cannot ask for more.

Here's what I…read moreexperienced with both the quality of the work as well as the service: The service was all around fantastic. Everyone greeted me with a smile on their face as I walked in. I was immediately helped and given a set date when the car would be ready, which is incredibly helpful with a busy schedule. Though the car was finished one day late, I was informed ahead of time. Great communication. I had an additional problem with the car (was not caused by the accident, and not their fault) and took it back in for a re-evaluation. They promptly took the car back to look at it, and fully explained to me (and showed me) the problem going on, and some courses of action at no extra cost. In my eyes, they are an outstanding team. The quality of the work was borderline immaculate. The fender assembly is all fixed up/replaced and the paint blending was far better than I thought it would turn out. It makes sense why Advanced Collision has grown so large. The school (MSU) does bring in more business, but their customer service and care for their job really sets them apart from the rest of the auto repair world.
