They are very clear in their business upfront and are extremely kind, friendly, and professional. My first visit was something small, but my second visit was much more major. I came in knowing I had a gasket leak in my oil pan, and they found and fixed the issue as well as let me know of the other issues they found affecting my car so I could choose to fix them as well (I did). I was able to get it all done for a very fair price and no hassle or worry. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone I meet in Starkville. They always make you feel welcome and respected - thank you again for helping me take care of my car!

We dropped the vehicle off a day early and called the day of the appointment in the afternoon to get an update as we hadn't heard anything. We were told their standard BS response. "We have two oil changes in front of you". Not once did they mention the only qualified technician isn't even at work today. So they kept it another night. Call the next day first thing in the morning and were told we would be first. Call at 11am and they hadn't even started. We decided to pick the vehicle up as their service and communication sucks! I guess they have unskilled workers cause they couldn't even plug a tire without a qualified tech. So 2 days later, $130 for a tire plug, and 250 miles worth of total travel to realize we shouldn't ever use them. 1). Don't schedule an appointment for a time you can't meet 2). If you can't meet that time notify the customer 3). Take accountability!
