Why do I have to forward my fiancée her receipt for the meals that she paid for? I wish their sales coordinator would click Reply All to include both the bride and the groom on email threads. Another communication faux pas - it's a seemingly little thing - they keep spelling my name wrong. I wouldn't bring this up except for the fact that my email address is my name. It's an open book test. And if they miss that level of detail, I worry about what else they're missing.
