A little bit sweeter than I usually like my coffees, but yummy nonetheless. The weather was less than perfect but the servers never missed a beat and worked around the rain and wind, serving guests and making sure everyone had what they needed. I was in contact with Mr Spencer several times via email and he was always quick to respond and answered my questions and concerns completely. Michelle set up the entire buffet with disposable chafing dishes and sterno and everything stayed warm and delicious. Our menu was a 5 star Greek salad with strawberries and feta, grilled vegetables, penne with red peppers and basil cream sauce, mashed red skin potatoes and rolled chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms in a cream sauce.
