Not only was the owner not willing to allow me to exchange the colors he also proceeded to lecture me on the fact that I should have know what the colors were prior to ordering them as if I was a child who needed to get his opinion on the matter!!! Horrible customer service!!! The only positive thing going for this place is the lady that works there- she is sweet and understanding. Please hear me this is not the time for treating customers who can and will share their experiences with the entire world and who can purchase pretty much everything online to behave this way!! You don't deserve to sell scrubs to people who heal others as their profession in life. Never will do business there again.

I'm giving two stars because they messed up my exchange, gave a "discount" of my return which made my return amount lower than it should've been. Then I went back to inquire about it and it was a known issue that returns need to be done separately from re-buying the same product. It took all 3 employees to figure it out. And then they came to the conclusion that I was owed $0.53, it was a complete waste of time. On top of that, they managed to "return" the incorrect item which I gave them both my shipping slip and email confirmation. The return "discount" of 3 items came out to be $8.xx but they obviously don't know what they're doing so I decided to cut my losses because they didn't factor in taxes but state that they need to factor in my discount of $10 for my online order because I spent over $100 ONLINE. It was a HOT MESS express. I suggest to maybe try on items at the store and buy them online and/or exchange through mail/online since wayyyy better discounts online, especially when there's a sale.
