I totally understand the struggles that have occurred during covid. Supply chain issues, worker issues, the stress and struggle has been real for all retailers. However, I ordered my daughters uniform shirts through this company a month before school started. Initially we were told 2 weeks to get our order in, then up to 30 days for the order - totally understand. The school understood, not a problem. Then when I drove an hour to the store on day 40, I was told they still weren't in and could not be replaced with other shirts that were in stock. And today, day 57, all I was told is "we don't have it yet." When I asked if there was any way to get a gauge on when the shirts would be in I was told, "they aren't in yet." When I asked if they could be tracked I was told, "I don't know, maybe soon? We don't have it, and they aren't in yet." I understand supply issues. But I don't understand terrible customer service. This company had no problem taking my money and confirming my order, but so disrespectful to an OVERLY patient customer! read more

I visited this store a few times during the school year and had mixed feelings about my visit. Positives- Store is clean and organized. Sales reps are friendly and helpful. Needs improvement - in quantity of school uniforms in all sizes. On a few occasions merchandise was still in boxes and not available for customers. I had to purchase additional pants for my kids on May 2017 and Manager was very helpful. He appears to be getting ahead of the back to school season. read more

I had to return to this place again. This experience was very different from my last. They have new managers. They were much more helpful with sizing issues and they took the time to explain the reasons why the pricing was different. This store is a nightmare. They have no problem taking your order and money, but delivery of your product is were the problem sets in. We ordered our Children's uniforms for School 6 weeks before school start, and this store still managed to fail to deliver the product on time. In addition to failing to deliver on time, we were met with Attitude each time we called asking for a status on the order, while being reminded that they had plenty of time to get it done. Here we are the Friday before school starts and they have still failed to deliver the product. After an entire day of trying to get someone on the phone we find out our order appears to have been cancelled. After a good 20 minute arguement, They seem to have replaced the order buts its still on backorder while my daughter will go to school without her uniforms. They do not care about Service since your a captive audience. SO BE VERY CAREFUL read more

Being that I live 45 minutes away, I called first to rest assured that I could have two towels monogrammed. The female associate on the phone stated that it could be done right then and there, especially since it's only two items. I show up and was told that she couldn't do it until the next day. I understand that things come up and things happen but if you know there's ANY kind of possibility of something not getting done then inform the customer. read more

Terrible customer service, staff is unhelpful and sometimes very unfriendly. I've been there a couple of times & been very disappointed with the experience each time. This last time, not only were they out of the sizes we needed for both of our children, but they didn't give me any clue when others might be in or what I could do to get more. And we don't live anywhere near this store, so it's not easy or feasible to drive back to keep checking! One staff person told me they didn't carry slim sizes, but then I overheard another customer PURCHASING slim pants while we were at the register! I asked the customer where they were (because the girl at the register didn't know!) and left the line to go check if they had my son's size. They didn't. All said and done, it took us 45 minutes in the store to finally figure out they didn't have the 2 items we needed in the sizes we needed. That's ridiculous. Adding in our drive time, it was a 2 hour chunk of our day wasted for nothing. read more

Very disappointed. Not only was the service nearly unbearable, but since they did not have what I was looking for in stock, I ordered and paid for them upfront on my second unsuccessful visit. Three weeks and 3 phone calls later, I found out that they were indeed in, but they "hadn't had the time" to look into all their deliveries. Their prices are good, but next time I'll order online and pay a little more for the same items with better service and delivery. read more

This is the most incompetent, unprofessional business to deal with. They know nothing about sizing, they lose orders, the fitting day was chaotic and took hours. The staff is rude and make sure you know they want to be anyplace else but helping you. I recently placed an order on-line because the store location is a major inconvenience. The order took longer than promised, but my major issue was they sent it to someone else! If my receipt with my info wasn't in the box and the person who received it wasn't kind enough to call me, I would have never gotten it. If you have a choice, DON'T go here. Attended the grand opening sale, service was great today. Experience was pleasant and the new manager was very helpful.

Most of the associates were helpful. I purchased several items thay needed a logo. The lady at the back that was putting the logos on told me it was going to be an hour before they were ready. She told me to put my name on my bag and she would get it ready. I came back an hour and a half later and my stuff was still sitting in the bag like I left it. I waited for forty five more minutes for the logos to be put on. read more
