I read all the negative reviews before I got here and had very low expectations because of it…read more Honestly, I thought this was a really quaint place with two very kind ladies running it. A couple things I would recommend for overall good testing experience, if you get there early, you most likely can test early. If you sit near the back wall of the testing room, there is a white noise machine that's on constantly and the front of the room is where people enter and exit and is a bit louder with people talking. There are noise canceling earphones that are decently comfortable and block out 80% of the noise. Also, the lockers are pretty small, about 1.5 ft deep and almost a foot tall, so don't bring too many items. And it's on the colder side so bring a jacket just in case.

This isn't necessarily about the testing center, but the customer service when calling Prometric to…read moreget technical help when registering. The system is constantly glitching and not allowing me to proceed with registering. I have call more times than I can count to get someone to help me. I emailed and the email said call back. I called back and they just keep telling me to register. No one listens and it's very disheartening. I was also transferred before I could get a full sentence out before. Due to this being the only way I can test for an exam, I may have to completely let go of the idea until things change, or simply move on with my life. Again, this is about the company over all. Sickening.

This organization is based out of India and "insources" their courses to America. I successfully…read moresued them in small claims court for false advertising of a course. Their executives/owners, business operations and IT are all in India. Communication is very poor. Emails are replied to very late (if at all) and any request for IT support of their online or mobile apps (all advertised as features of the expensive courses) will only result in an email (some of the time), and never a phone call. I was the only student in my course whose online mobile services did not work, and it put me at a tremendous disadvantage in preparing for an exam (no practice exams). Despite me and my sales rep (based in the US) trying repeatedly to get IT to call me, they never did (even after over two weeks of efforts). I filed a small claim and instead of calling me or discussing a solution, or even expressing some regret, this company hired a lawyer to fight me in small claims court - something illegal in many states but alas, within their right in Illinois. Fortunately, because my issue was very straightforward, I beat them in court, and they were forced to issue me a refund. Think about it: they lost a lot of money in an effort to remain stubborn and fight me. This should tell you a lot about this organization - they have no regard for their students. Stay local and support an American company that believes in student/customer support - don't make the mistake I did.
