They were very quick to look the job over and deliver a reasonable bid. Work started right away and was completed with no interruptions to mail service. While working, the job site was neat and marked for safey. Great team to work with. They did everything we asked. If we have any other projects we would not hesitate to call them again.

I needed a tree cut down from my front lawn, and got the number from this company from a neighbor…read more I called and asked for a price quote, and someone arrived within 20 minutes to give it to me. The offer was more than fair. Once I confirmed to go ahead with the project, they arrived the same day to do the bulk of the work. The tree was successfully brought down despite there being power lines in the way, with no property damage or any accidents. Some logs were left behind, but they were removed several days later as is often the case with jobs like this. Other than a small divot in the lawn where the tree came down, you'd hardly know the tree had been recently removed. So overall, very happy with the work done. That being said, whenever you hire a contractor to do something like this, always get everything (including the price, timeline, specifics and their signature) written down to cover yourself. I'm not victim-blaming the negative reviews here, but cynicism and paperwork are your friends.

They started work a week early. Even the office manager was responsive and helpful. They showed up with a team of more than 6,7 guys. All nice and waving to my one year old daughter watching in amazement. They had a SUPERVISOR stop by. They cleaned up EVERYTHING they did. They protected my grass with plastic mats. THEY WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF. They must have burned 5,000 calories each taking my dangerous tree down. I haven't been this impressed by a company from quote to set up to clean up to payment. I keep telling my wife two things. A) I can't believe how good they were and B) how did they really remove the stump that well? I'm basically in shock at how lucky I got finding this company. He initially preferred to give the quote over the phone, but I insisted on an in-person visit. At that meeting, they quoted $800, plus an additional $50 to spray "Wet & Forget" on the shed roof. However, the invoice they left was for $1,200. When I called to question the discrepancy, he told me I was wrong and implied I had misunderstood him (his exact words were much more insulting than that)-- which was both insulting and inaccurate. I took notes during the quote and have no doubt about what was said. Beyond the pricing issue, the work was subpar: He completely skipped a large section of one deck. He did not power wash the back side of the garage. He failed to move furniture or other items out of the way, instead washing around them. Several small plants were killed by careless water blasting. Unfortunately, I did not get the quote in writing, so I'll pay the invoice -- but I'm left frustrated, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

This local family owned, family run company was a wonderful find and came highly recommended by a few neighbors.

Not only were they the most proactive and responsive business we have ever worked with, they stand by their work. If anything went wrong, they went above and beyond to make it right. Yes they might be more expensive but it's worth every penny to know you had the job done by professionals who truly care about their clients and their projects. I can't recommend them more highly! I personally worked with Josh and Caleb Bahler, and Ryan King who designed the project with me. All of them (and their crews) were excellent and knowledgable and always responded immediately to any concerns.
