They prepared the house with a wrap to protect it from falling debris from roof removal and while the replacement was being done. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered for the removal of the old product. They worked quickly and efficiently in finishing the job, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I also had some plaster repaired on my bathroom wall that was falling apart due to a slow leak in the old roof that they had discovered. They also repaired an area of my living room ceiling that seemed to be also affected by the leaking old roof. I was very pleased.

In its place is a beautiful walk-in-shower, new upper & lower cabinets where the old shower was, new vanity, new lighting, beautiful porcelain floor tile, bidet seat for the toilet, they even stripped the popcorn ceiling and repainted it. The bathroom took time - with snow storms causing a minor delay, a long freeze requiring their plumbers to address other customer's emergencies - but it is gorgeous! We love our new master bathroom. Called the office again on Tuesday and was told that they would arrive Wednesday. They did not arrive. Thursday, they arrived without notice around 3:30. The plumber who was difficult to understand said that it was plumbed incorrectly and he would have to re-pipe in the basement and that it was too late to do that day so he would have to come back another day. Since this has been working for over 80 years, I felt that the more likely scenario was an issue with the mechanism within the tank. At around 4pm, the same person/receptionist that I had spoken with, called and asked for payment of $165 dollars. I provided the credit card and made the payment. I explained that although I am not a plumber, I wanted to better understand the problem prior to paying and additional $500. She said that she understood my concerns and would have someone call me Friday. Of course I was not called. They demonstrated urgency in securing payment for the call fee and half-hour minimum, however, their performance in meeting agreed-upon obligations was lacking.

They cut and repaved but left a new crack the entire width of the driveway. Work was supposed be done in about 2 weeks, it was over 4 and hadn't heard from them. Very rude and arrogant on the phone. Lied about what they had told me and unwilling to even extend a small credit so i can hire someone to fill the crack they created.

He said " oh im just waiting to use the machine , " i said " rt now ? " y" you wanna use the atm when im trying to punch my passcode in ?" He said " its ok take your time ," so anyway my passcode did not work for some reason . Anyway i decided to let the company know cuz i use that thing alot or i used to . But anyway i call capitol and asked them if they sevice that parking lot and the lady is asking me if i can actually say who it was or describe the gentleman , i did then she got stupid and made every excuse in the book for why he did nothing wrong . All i tried to do was tell them you may wanna watch that guy but i guess it offended the person running that company , but i wanted to let them know to make sure their employees dont get hurt by being mistaken for someone trying to mess around at an atm and pretend to be picking up non existent garbage while people use their atms , there are actually devices out there that if they can get close enough to you they can read your codes , to be aware is to be alive , now i am aware of capitol dsweeping , if i do have an issue i know EXACTLY.
