Found a Victorinox Farmer-X ALOX as I looked about, frequently sold out at other places. The X means it has scissors. Great EDC.

Talk about a great selection of cutlery, probably the best I've seen in ages. You walk in and get welcomed. The lady behind the counter made sure that I knew she'd be ready if I needed to look at anything. It took a while to look over their giant inventory. I should have had markers because my selections were in multiple spots. I asked to compare a couple of items and was shown what I wanted, did my comparison and made my choice. The lady even made certain that my boxes were not the open ones. Then I asked about another specific item and she went right to it and I took that too. Great service, and its in about the right place to get out of the car for some walking about on the way back from Albuquerque NM. I needed to stretch my legs and had some fun doing it. You look around and can see some decent pricing and the rest you just look at. I'd shop there again the next time I'm passing this way. Yes I order online, but have lost the instant gratification vibe of buying something fun from a real live person; it was nice to feel things the way they used to be.

Knife city is a must for anybody driving through. Even if you're not into sharp objects, you'll still find something to point at and say "ooh that's cool".... And they have restrooms so. Knives are reasonably priced. Employees are very knowledgeable; I learned a lot in my 15 minutes there. Walked out with a cool piece I'll carry with me for years to come.

Stopped in on our way back to Texas. Despite some of the more negative reviews, we had a great time. Amazing selection of knives: Benchmade, Toor, Spider Co. etc. Friendly staff. Bonus Trump memorabilia.

    Big knife!

Pure review: Atmosphere 2/4, Service 2/4, Price 1/4. Okay, if you wanna look at some knives this is the place. If you wanna buy a knife, choose Amazon. Enjoy!

Boys & their toys.. pretty cool place to shop! Passing by on our way to Colorado & can't really miss this place as it's a giant building, sort of in the middle of nowhere, w/ a GIANT sign saying "KNIFE CITY." Naturally my 12 y/o begged to stop & look, so we did. What an awesome selection... you could easily spend an hour here just admiring the selection. Everything from pocketknives to all sorts of swords to Chinese throwing stars & really elaborate, almost works of art knives... a truly amazing selection. They are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Normally I wouldn't buy things like this for how expensive it was, but being on vacation, I was able to talk myself into it. I bought my son a samurai sword, which he loves & practices with often (he's a purple belt in martial arts), as well as a shuriken (Chinese throwing star) & I bought the knife in the attached picture... made all my friends & neighbors at home jealous (but I haven't/won't tell my wife what I spent on it... $500). Although I was sort of upset with myself the next day for buying such an expensive knife, I showed it to my son's martial arts instructor & he was in awe... said the brand produces very high quality knives, so at least I didn't buy some junker piece that just looked cool. Staff could be a little friendlier, but they weren't rude or anything.

    Awesome place.

This knife store has a lot of different varieties of knives and collection of knives. Prices range from cheap to really expensive. A lot of different brands too. The owner lady is really nice and they have bathrooms for customers. You will definitely find something. Worth stopping for.

This is a selection of Microtech knives they had on display at the gun show. They will rob you for them.

Buyer's beware!!! I wish I would have looked at yelp reviews before I purchased a knife from this business. If I could give zero stars, I would because they do not deserve any. The previous yelp review was dead on. The business owner as he calls "a lady" is no different than a street thief. I went to a local gun show and purchased what I thought was a $475 dollar knife. When I went home and carefully removed the sticker that was concealing the knifes manufactures part number, I learned that the knife was in fact valued at only $275. The value of $275 came from not just an online website it was the manufactures MSRP!!! I was told I could return/exchange this knife and when I returned the following day to do so "this lady" refused. I can only hope that people are wise enough to check out yelp first and read the ugly truth about this business. This business needs to be closed, for unfair business practice.

My new baby!! Thanks knife city!

An employee helped me and he was very friendly but when I got a call today stating it was ready for pickup, I went to the store to find out the wrong bag was ordered and the worker Sam that helped me didn't seem to like her job and wasn't friendly at all. When she brought the bag out I said "that isn't what I ordered, it's suppose to be the brand of the purple you have here in stock but I ordered a black one" and she rolls her eyes, no apology and starts typing on her computer and starts printing receipts. Than she goes to get the purple bag down and brings a black bag along with it. I asked "is that black one a softball youth bag" and no word just hands the bag over and I check the bag myself, so I said "I'll just take this black one" and no word again, no communication skills, no customer service skills and continues with her recipes printing than tells me to sign receipts and I ask "what am I signing" . She either needs to be fired or trained. This isn't the first interacting I've had with her that was bad. I've spend hundreds of dollars there and they screw up my order"s" and she can't even apologize or welcome her customers in.
