Before coming here I had extremely bad anxiety when I had to go for dental visits. (Had 2 very painful/bad experiences with a dentist in NY before moving, then again in Naples.) So badly my first visit here Dr. Dinh was kind enough to write me a prescription for 1 valium pill my first visit. After the first official visit, getting work done, seeing how kind, gentle and caring they are the anxiety all but disappeared. Emily the dental hygienist is absolutely amazing as well. I have no complaints about the work, the crowns are perfect along with all the other work they have done over the past year. I highly recommend them. Will never go to another dentist again as long as they are here.

I went in because I had a painful infection below one of my teeth and was hoping for prompt treatment and, at the very least, some relief from the pain. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my concerns were not addressed and that I received no meaningful relief whatsoever. Based on my experience, I felt the care I received was unprofessional and lacking. The staff did not provide me with a treatment plan that helped resolve my immediate problem, and I left in the same condition I arrived in--still in significant pain and with no confidence that my infection was being properly managed. I understand that not every dental problem can be fixed in a single visit, but I expected compassion, effective treatment, and clear communication. Sadly, my experience fell well short of those expectations. I cannot recommend this practice based on the care I received.

After a few hours of thought and checking with others that do extractions, I realized I was being charged 4 to 5 times the standard cost. I immediately called to cancel the loan, within 2 - 3 hours of signing, and today, 2 months later, my refund has not been received although many excuses have been made by Estero Smiles, including 'we sent the check to wrong address', and will resend. Excuses continue each time I call them. That was 7 weeks ago and although they promised to resend the check, it is still not here. The loan company is demanding payment for something I never received. Hope Estero Smiles is enjoying my $4,877. By the way, both extractions were done for under $1000.

If it was a review just on the Dentist and Hygienist then I would say the level of care is average…read more It's however the staff , specifically when it comes to insurance and claims processing that brings this review down to one star. PATIENTS BEWARE! Today, when inquiring about insurance and billing, the insurance manager was down right rude. She failed to carefully listen and respond and instead was defensive, talking over me and then hung up on me. I caution all new and existing patients to read the fine print on your treatment plan recommendations before signing and getting treatments. They claim to "check insurance before an appointment" however upon arrival and making treatment plan recommendations they fail to tell you it's quite the contrary. (read the fine print). Why tell a patient "we checked your insurance and it is covered" and then share treatment recommendations that are not covered by your insurance? My 70 year old husband had fluoride added to his treatment plan (totally unnecessary) and it was NOT covered. We were duped by what they said and also what they chose not to share. Those sneaky little charges add up here and there and before you know it you are paying a couple hundred dollars, if not more. Shameful! I would never recommend this practice to anyone!

This Dental office is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I had a crown made on a…read moretooth that already had a root canal, and my crown broke. The assistants/front desk almost shamed me for eating and basically blamed me for the crown breaking. Having some experience in the dental field I am aware that nothing is guaranteed. This crown had broken in the middle of my mother dying from covd and then myself having covd, so I did cancel once! Then when I was better I made an appointment and came in, the staff there asked me why I didn't come sooner, I explained to them that my mother had passed and then I had covd, their office was even closed for a period of time when the covd situation was still unclear. So I finally go in for an appointment, by this time I had misplaced the crown, so they sent me home to look for the crown, I called and told them I could not find it and I thought it was better to get another one made. The same day I was sent home for not bringing my crown I made my appointment for 2/19/2021, while I am at work today they called me and said the doctor is dismissing me from his practice because I have canceled to many times (which is not true). I had my daughter called because 1. I was working and 2. I thought maybe she could understand better what was going on. So, my daughter calls and asked to speak with the manager, she was in a meeting so the front desk lady asked for information so the manager could call back. When the manager called back, my daughter explained what was going on and if she could please clear things up, because I honestly didn't understand. When the my daughter asked if she was speaking to the manager, the lady responded "yes unfortunately" which gives me a better understand of how this practice is run! The manager gives my daughter the run around and asked to talk to me (after the lady had already given my daughter all the information) she says she can't talk to my daughter because she is not the patient! Then hangs up on her... Now the doctor was okay, but this is what happens with practices, you get staff like that, that ruin the doctors reputation. In my experience the front desk/assistant/ and especially the office manager is a reflection of the service you will receive. So that is what I have to say about this office, I honestly wish them well even though I was treating so poorly.
