After the first official visit, getting work done, seeing how kind, gentle and caring they are the anxiety all but disappeared. Emily the dental hygienist is absolutely amazing as well. You go for a cleaning and a new patient diag.,(which takes hours) then they send in a customer service person who tries to up-sell you on their own in-house dental plan, a myriad of tests, appts. with specialists, and added treatments. I told them I paid them for my prior visit and my balance was $.00 in December that my new insurance is not in network so I cancelled. They tried to tell me I still owed them but I did not. They know nothing about how insurance works! I wish I had looked at reviews before!

This was my first interaction with Dr. Patel. I have had major pain in chewing for 3+ months. The pain finally got to the point I had to have it looked at. I have a previous crown that may or may not need a root canal. Dr Patel is a very honest person. Instead of pushing me to a root canal after X rays, he ground down the tooth, told me to wait a couple of weeks and see if the pain will subside. It could be an issue of the crown being built up too much, and that has caused inflammation in the nerve from constant bite pressure. Instead of making me feel I was being sold a car (Like MANY previous dentists have done), Dr. Patel went out of his way to try something else first. I will wait another two weeks to see if this works, but I love the people in this office and Dr. Patel's honesty, 5++++ from me!

Went to Dr. Bachmann and she was no pressure and said the moderate Invisalign package would do what I wanted, which was also less costly. She did a great job and my teeth came out perfect. I am no longer afraid to smile and wonder how many dates I would have gotten if I had Invisalign done when I was young!

Why tell a patient "we checked your insurance and it is covered" and then share treatment recommendations that are not covered by your insurance? My 70 year old husband had fluoride added to his treatment plan (totally unnecessary) and it was NOT covered. We were duped by what they said and also what they chose not to share. Those sneaky little charges add up here and there and before you know it you are paying a couple hundred dollars, if not more. Shameful! I would never recommend this practice to anyone!

The assistants/front desk almost shamed me for eating and basically blamed me for the crown breaking. Having some experience in the dental field I am aware that nothing is guaranteed. This crown had broken in the middle of my mother dying from covd and then myself having covd, so I did cancel once! Then when I was better I made an appointment and came in, the staff there asked me why I didn't come sooner, I explained to them that my mother had passed and then I had covd, their office was even closed for a period of time when the covd situation was still unclear. So I finally go in for an appointment, by this time I had misplaced the crown, so they sent me home to look for the crown, I called and told them I could not find it and I thought it was better to get another one made. The same day I was sent home for not bringing my crown I made my appointment for 2/19/2021, while I am at work today they called me and said the doctor is dismissing me from his practice because I have canceled to many times (which is not true). I had my daughter called because 1. I was working and 2. I thought maybe she could understand better what was going on. So, my daughter calls and asked to speak with the manager, she was in a meeting so the front desk lady asked for information so the manager could call back. When the manager called back, my daughter explained what was going on and if she could please clear things up, because I honestly didn't understand. When the my daughter asked if she was speaking to the manager, the lady responded "yes unfortunately" which gives me a better understand of how this practice is run! The manager gives my daughter the run around and asked to talk to me (after the lady had already given my daughter all the information) she says she can't talk to my daughter because she is not the patient! Then hangs up on her... Now the doctor was okay, but this is what happens with practices, you get staff like that, that ruin the doctors reputation. In my experience the front desk/assistant/ and especially the office manager is a reflection of the service you will receive. So that is what I have to say about this office, I honestly wish them well even though I was treating so poorly.
