I don't think so my wife informed them and they procedded to leave my wife shut the door and they came back and asked for the £50.00 fitting fee,,,dont think so and shut the door. my wife then rang carpet right and asked for refund as we would go else where,,,cannot do that without head office approval,it was then she informed them of the law of contract and advised they refund carpet or face the following actions of tradeing standards and soliciters, money refunded,,,,be warey on your purchase,,,will not use again

Immediately when you walk in are the more expensive, higher quality carpets, neatly and nicely laid out so you can easily see everything on offer. Towards the back are the cheaper carpets but these are still really good quality and good prices. Carpetright are very reasonable especially if you can get someone else to fit your carpet you can fold it up and take it home! The offcuts are very good, very reasonable and large so always worth checking out. Staff very attentive and helpful and not too pushy.

It wasn't possible for me to go to the shop so everything was arranged with Ian on the phone and emails. The order was not straightforward due to involving a choice of fabric for the chairs and needing additional items such as safety bars and special bedding plus my decision to add a matching bed and chair for myself. Ian's knowledge and advice was invaluable and everything was delivered and installed very efficiently within nine days of my first enquiry. The chairs have been designed with tot many useful features for me to list here, I just recommend looking at The Bed Shop before considering other suppliers.
