It seems this establishment cares more about filling their pockets than ensuring their clients are truly cared for all the way through. I believe they have kept money that is not theirs and were unwilling to work with me on a resolution. I reserved online and invested $135 for a 1.5 hour massage. I came in and was provided 1 hour- $90 value. I was late and informed them of my tardiness and they said it was ok. The masseuse mentioned they would be able to provide the additional paid time the following day as they had additional appointments. I believed them and we scheduled a time . They proceeded to ignore all my communication after this. Eventually the owner emailed me after I replied to one of their many promotional emails. I was called to come in and we scheduled a time. I show up and they said they never scheduled me and no mention of a refund or any resolution or anything that happened was mentioned. I just gave up. I believe they may try their best, but knowingly keeping money that is not theirs (for services not provided) is not ok. It could have been resolved so easily. Where are your ethics & morals? I do not recommend coming in. There are many other massage establishments nearby with top level reviews that run their places with fairness and true care for people.

I've lived in 4 cities in the last 5 years and only found one (now two) therapist that I like. Deborah is incredible. I'm five months pregnant and have never had a pregnancy massage, so I didn't know what to expect. I've been having low back pain and my feet hurt so bad that I've been limping. A little bit into the session I ask for more pressure, and she went for it. I usually have to continually ask therapists for more pressure during the session, but Deborah used the perfect amount of pressure for me the whole time. Not to mention, I realized while she was rubbing my feet that she is certified in reflexology. Score! After my massage I ran errands without limping and my feet still feel amazing. As a side note, I have a feeling that if you like more gentle Swedish massages, Deborah could do that too. I just prefer really deep work.

The regular prices are way too high for me. But I figured I would give it a try because it's right by my home. It was my mistake that I arrived a couple minutes late, but I did have a bit of trouble finding the space. When I got there, it looked to be closed. I called the number on my confirmation email twice and got no answer. I was about to leave when Elise walked up and greeted me. She did give me a full hour of massaging anyway, so no complaints there. I definitely should have arrived at least 5 minutes early, though! About the massage. The website indicated that deep tissue would cost more, but it was plenty "deep" and rough, as is. Elise did, of course, ask me to let her know if it was ever too much, but I don't like to give alot of critique during massages; I like to let them do their thing as much as possible. But I did have to speak up when it felt like she was repeatedly kneading a softball into my neck!! Some people may love massages like that, but it was honestly far too painful for me. She had some moves where it felt like I was being choked and when she kneading into my scalp, I was wincing in pain. I get that I'm tight and she was just trying to loosen it, but it was just way, way too much pressure! And I am usually one to love deep tissue massages!! When I had no choice but to say that it was too much, she came completely off of my neck instead of just going lighter, which is what I was afraid would happen. Another thing that didn't really jive with me was how much heat and oils she used. I don't really need all that stuff; I'd rather the focus be more on the massage, itself. I was relieved when she finally removed a pile of heating pads that she had stacked onto my back! Even though most of it was not my thing, I think Elise is very nice and caring and talented at what she does! It's also a really nice, private setting. And lots of people will appreciate how strong she is! And yes, I could have taken the time to keep telling her it was too much, but again, I don't like to interfere too much with the therapist's flow.
