Saying it had problems and I wasn't fully honest... which wasn't the case at all. The glass was just shattered, after their original repair my phone wouldn't stay on. It'd go on and off over and over.. and then wouldn't charge. In the end they owned up to their mistake and the worker apologized and they fixed the problem. I have my phone, and it's fixed, but this wasn't a good experience in the slightest.
