Never saw what it was. about ten days ago I heard something fall again and it was a screw about half an inch long. After some searching I discovered there are two screws that fell out that hold the "box" in. I pulled out the rack with dishes in it and the box started tipping forward. I found the two metal panels on each side at the top of the "box" and realized they held in the dishwasher. My first thought was why were there such small screws used. I was told a service call would cost $60 which is half of their usual price. I said I thought that was unfair because I believe the wrong screws were used. I cancelled the appt. I will never purchase from Robinson's again. Very disappointed.

From start to finish, the teams' professionalism, courtesy, knowledge, and integrity truly set them apart. From my very first contact, the sales team was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured. They took the time to understand my needs, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the selection process. Their communication and coordination were excellent. The installation team was just as impressive. They were highly skilled, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire installation process. It was clear that they took pride in their work. Collis lives up to its family reputation for integrity, quality, and genuine care for the customer. I highly recommend Fred F. Collis & Sons Heating and Air Conditioning.

After reading about the risk of dryer fires (and admittedly watching horiffic YouTube videos about…read moreit), I hired AirWell to clean my dryer vent. I was amazed not only at how much lint came out, but how much faster my clothes dried after the cleaning. My dryer is now safer and more efficient - the service paid for itself. Additionally, we had gone through an extensive renovation and I was sure my air ducts had to be filled with sawdust. AirWell came in and cleaned them all out in a matter of hours. Just like the dryer, my furnace is now more efficient with better airflow that is resulting in energy savings. Oh, on a personal level, they were professional, easy to work with and left the areas they worked nicer than they found it. I cannot recommend JP and his company enough - definitely call them if you have questions or need this service done.

Recently my house kept getting cold and thermostat would read 4 degrees below the set temp before the furnace would turn on and when it did, the air flow was weak. So of course I called M&R for service, (Late on a Friday afternoon) . The person who took my call was very pleasant and knowledgeable (Trish). She said she would have someone call me back. Tony B called me right back and asked what was going on, when I explained the symptoms, he thought it might be my Nest thermostat that I had installed a few years ago. I told him I could replace it back to the original thermostat M&R installed 5 yrs ago. He told me to try it and call him back to let him know how it turned out and said they would send their tech out if I ran into problems, or if the fix didn't work. I replaced the Nest thermostat over the weekend and sure enough, it was the Nest giving me the problem. Furnace was immediately back to 100%!... My plan was to get the snow out my driveway monday morning and then call Tony to let him know how things turned out. When I checked my messages, Tony had already called me and left a message asking how things turned out . My opinion is this company is the Real Deal and NOT transactional. They have earned my respect and business. My suggestion to anyone who reads this is give M&R a call and continue to build a relationship with them because they really do care about their customers!!
