He had no issues answering my questions or dressing my concerns without being cocky or condescending... something a lot of contractors need to learn these days. I decided to hire him to install my kitchen for my full home remodel. I have zero regrets choosing him for the job. He did an excellent job and he did it right. I really liked his quality of work and his work ethic. I decided to ask him for a couple more estimates for other jobs that still need to be completed. I hired him for those jobs also. Sean's work is top notch at a fair price. Sean knows what he is doing without question. He's honest and has a great deal of pride in his work.... and it shows. He fully honored his contracts and didn't skip on completing any of the work I hired him to do. When he was done for the day he made sure he, and his assistant Zack, cleaned up before they left for the day. I've had several contractors in my house since this project started. There's only two that I would highly recommend. Sean is one of them. The other contractor was the electrician. I still have more work that needs to be done in the future. I trust Sean enough to make sure he will be the contractor I'll call when I'm ready to start getting those jobs completed.

This past February (2016) we were faced with an unplanned situation which resulted in the need for…read morethe addition of an ADA compliant "apartment". Within a matter of a week, we had lined up 5 contractors to come speak with us and present their solution for us. Out of the five, Carl was the only one to leave our meeting, perfectly visualizing and communicating his vision to us. He was the only one that was able to think outside of the box, and gave thoughtful consideration to location and impact with the existing home. Within a few days, he returned with the 3-D computer generated drawing showing us exactly what he had verbalized a few days earlier. He spent much time with the drawings, preparing two sets, one based on the square footage we original were looking for, and another slightly larger that better suited the overall structural view from the exterior. He was right on point. The original dimensions we were looking to build looked odd and did not present a smooth transition from the original building. The second set resulted in an addition that looks like it was there right from the start of the house back in 1989, more than a few people have said so. Carl has a true eye for design. Time was a huge consideration for us. Carl presented a time frame for us that was most generous. When we told others when the project would be finished, they all laughed and told us they would believe it when they saw it finished. The spring however did not cooperate, with much rain. That did not prevent Carl, Steven and the team from finishing within a week of the original time estimate. Everyone was shocked. That being said, yes, it was fast, but most importantly it was a top quality job. Most of the subcontractors were top notch and I would definitely feel comfortable having them work in my home in the future. Carl is very detail oriented and particular with the type of job that is done on his work site. Both his team and chosen subcontractors are very aware of that and have great respect for him. Their work was efficient and very neat. They were always cleaning up the worksite following each day's job. No detail escaped Carl and if he didn't like something it was fixed. If we didn't like something, it was fixed, no issues. Carl was also very good about communicating. However many silly questions or concerns we may have had, we were always confident we would hear back from him in a very timely manner. We so appreciated knowing that he was on top of the job every step of the way and always accessible. We never knew Carl before this job, but I tell you what, we will NEVER look anywhere else if we have any other projects that require a contractor. Everyone who has seen the finished apartment has been most impressed. We can very easily state that he is a top-notch contractor and we are so happy he was able to take on our job. We are MOST pleased.
