Also, it's just amazing to see the other kiddos and parents we have met improve as well. A great place with an exceptional staff. I highly recommend. Please note that every child is different, and sometimes certain facilities may not be the best fit. But, it doesn't hurt to try. If you give them a chance, you won't be disappointed. If you are, they are willing to adjust your treatment plan and work with you.

Backstory: I have two kids, one is 4 and needs OT for sensory processing struggles and my youngest is 2 who just started in preschool over the summer (I'm trying to avoid enrolling during cold and flu season). As any normal 2yr old does - my son starts school and brings home every imaginable virus on the planet and we battle it out for two months. Mind you, we have called Monkey Mouths EVERY SINGLE TIME we were sick and let them know what's going on. This place has the nerve to bring us in for a session and then abruptly say (as we are walking out the door) "by the way you are dismissed and we will not be seeing you again". WHAT?!?! First of all, you couldn't call and tell us this so we could discuss over the phone? You wanted to collect another claim. SO - Instead you have the nerve to say this in front of my child who is just becoming comfortable and familiar with the environment (autism). Then you have the nerve to say "if he's immuno-compromisd then look into at home services" he's not!!!! We have a kid who started school and it's the parents who keep getting sick and we don't want to come in with pink eye and a fever and infect YOU! We should bring him in when everyone is sick because if not then you don't get to collect your insurance claims?! They then had the nerve to say it was "unfortunate timing" that my youngest started in preschool. When is it ever a good time?! The person at the front desk is manipulative and won't tell you the truth about any of their poor business practices.
