Massages and chiropractor visits daily before I crawled into this place and begged if they could see me. As luck would have it weather was terrible and people were canceling. Shelly was the acupuncturist who had the pleasure of fixing me. After many attempts, going into the books, and using different techniques. She called in the cavalry for backup. Tamara, who Shelly speaks so highly of said that if anyone could find my fix, it was her. Tamara worked her magic but with no avail, then everyone in the office who is certified to stick a needle in somebody gave me a try. Shelly even called in a hypnosis who ironically also goes by Shelly (Michelle). I was there for nearly 6-8 hours everyday being worked on. Each one of them spent so much time and care trying to help me. I was so grateful for each one of them because their attempts at relieving my pain took the edge off just enough to where I could get through the day. Once I returned to California an MRI revealed the injury I was suffering from was 3 herniated discs. An injury like that just takes time to heal (and stem cells). I highly recommend this place and Shelly. I was waiting for her to tell me she couldn't help me, but she kept on trying and never gave up. I expected an accupuncture practice in a small city to be trash but this place is top notch and soars above any acupuncture practice I've been in Los Angeles that just takes your money and sends you away no matter if they helped you or not.

I was immediately met with such a calm and peaceful atmosphere as well as friendly staff. Jackie the owner was very kind and professional. I asked about massage services and what they offered and was introduced to her new business partner Pam Crawford. Pam has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years and specializes in stone, reflexology, deep tissue and a host of other certifications. Her experience and intuitive skill resulted in an amazing amount of pain relief from a shoulder injury that I had received 3 years ago. My only regret is that I have to leave the area before I can receive another treatment session! I will most definitely schedule another therapy session with her when I come back to the area again!

For your first initial visit she will tell you the parts of your body she is working on. She was able to tell me things I knew myself but didn't discuss with other people about bad habits such as clenching my teeth she was able to tell from doing the reflexology on my feet! Maria is able to tell a lot about your body just by your feet and toes! Another time my stomach was growling I apologized to her saying I had eaten I don't know why my stomach is growling. Maria said it was because she was working on my digestive system. Well that explained that! I walk in to the office in Pain and walk out rejuvenated! The office is very peaceful and has a relaxing atmosphere. I have felt better after going to Maria when I have had a cold! She works on the sinus thru your feet! I have an ongoing knee problem that she works out the kinks and gets me feeling better. Maria has hands of healing! You don't have to get undressed for this type of massage. Just undress shin down.
