I was not interested in the items but the spa experience. After multiple times of trying to obtain a refund so I would be able to enjoy a spa day with massage, etc. I was told a refund would be sent via my credit card. No refund was received. I was notified by the credit card vendor that refunds are only given within 6 months of purchase. I had waited longer than 6 months due to the owner telling me over and over that she would be reopening the spa. I am now going through small claims court to recoup the $400.00.
