I've had a chronic exhaustion condition for several years and mainstream medicine hasn't been any help so I figured why not give it a try. After finding parking and coming into my first appointment I was impressed with my entire experience there. To be honest it's not the fanciest of places but you could tell everything was kept very clean and sanitary in the office. Dr Noonan(Rose) was very patient during the process of going over my medical history and very open minded about my experiences with my condition. After an examination she was able to confidently come up with a treatment plan composed of accupuncture and something called cupping. Honestly I had expected there to be some pain and discomfort through the process but I didn't feel anything more than a flick of a finger against my skin. Couldn't feel the needle at all! Also the cupping was really surprisingly therapeutic and helped loosen up some locked muscle groups. The part that really blew me away was the day after the appointment. I had a little soreness but I had enough energy to do things that I haven't been able to do in a long time, and it's only been improving since. After a couple days the soreness was completely gone and I'm doing better. I've set up a regular appointment schedule at this point and I am really looking forward to continued improvement. He had surgery to remove 2 of the tumors., then completed only 3 weeks of the normal 6 week protocol of radiation and only 2 doses of an oral chemo drug due to a low platelet count. The surgery, radiation and low platelets left him extremely weak and tired with daily bouts of severe dizziness, blurred vision and right sided weakness. I took him to Dr Kong. He has been seeing her for acupuncture twice weekly for about 8 weeks now. His dizziness is markedly improved, his vision is better and the right sided weakness is improving. He's much stronger and less tired. (He actually rides a stationary bike 7 miles every day!) Dr Kong is absolutely amazing! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.
