I scheduled a massage (on the wrong day in my error!‍), and I cannot say enough about the professionalism and kindness of the staff. They were exceptional from the moment I arrived (which, as noted, was on the wrong day and and entire week early). The staff were as accommodating as could be, and they managed to work me on for a 30-minute massage with the wonderfully talented and gifted Kathleen!
