Received communication prior to the driver getting to our home with details of their procedures and a Photograph identifying the operator, Jared. Jared opened our large double garden gates, moved every bit of additional metal barriers I had put up to keep our dogs from getting into the street, moved the yard art and large flower pots, drove the pump truck down the drive, and upon completion put everything back as it was. French drainpipe. Manhole covers... I picked up 10' pipe 90-45 degree fittings Splices , valves, t's, caps and glue. Geo textile fabric to keep dirt from my " French drain" to keep my property dry The best part. I wanted a 20' section of hdpe for a well. Holy Moses. This stuff is like gold in Alaska. It's a thousand dollars plus...and is sold like hot cakes. Road construction sucks it up. I wanted 36 or 48" Hard to acquire sizes. Ferguson..... special order. Another place..... special order. I'm not totally sure who the main customers are here . Subdivision creators? The state? Cities? They were so accommodating to this small ( not to me) customer. Helped me load, smiled , asked questions. Answered questions. I was incredibly surprised this low overhead, outdoor lot , construction focused , PROFESSIONAL, outfit. Held me by the hand and Sold me what I needed...,NOT what I asked for ! My review scratches the surface. They sell From what I can tell. Anything for your business. Where the utility stops. We get a bill mailed, pay online through www.anchoragetank.com and then they typically come out and inspect the septic systems efficacy making sure it's running properly and if it needs being pumped out. Anchorage Tank is who our contract is with, they bills us and we pay, but these guys work for them, subcontracting. It's no fuss no muss, they arrive, do the annual maintenance checkup and leave. If there's an issue they'll inform you but 3rd year in and the septic system is running properly. Call Anchorage Tank at 907-272-3543 or these guys.
