I was married a few weeks ago and was so thrilled with my own make-up and the rest of my bridal party! Krista is truly exceptional at what she does, and she makes sure through the consultation process to figure out exactly what you want and to deliver on it. You do both a full makeup and hair trial to make sure you get the look you want, and she give you plenty of tips to make sure things look the best and last the longest (including a sweet goodie bag for me as the bride to stay fresh all night!) I've never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day, and Krista and her team did an incredible job of making everything happen for a lot of people in a little bit of time (she did me, 4 bridesmaids and 2 MIL--in like 3.5 hours. It was insane). I would highly recommend her if you want someone with a lot of professional experience who is both reliable and delivers on exactly what you want. Thrilled with everything she did for us and would recommend to any other bride!!

I was respectful throughout this interaction and did nothing that warranted the treatment I received. This incident occurred near closing time (around 6:00 PM) with the associate assigned to the front door preparing for store close. I was looking for a product that was not available on the shelf. After receiving no assistance, I opened a bottom drawer to retrieve the item. The associate immediately approached, forcefully kicked the drawer shut, and reprimanded me in a condescending and demeaning manner. I was made to feel embarrassed and unwelcome rather than helped. This behavior was unprofessional and reflects a serious lack of training and leadership. No customer should be shamed in a retail environment for attempting to complete a purchase. I spent over $150 during this visit and have been a loyal Sephora customer since 2011. Experiences like this are exactly why long-term customers choose to stop shopping in-store. I will not be returning to this location and will opt for delivery or another store instead.

And though I am not difficult or picky, I do constantly change my highlights between red and blonde, so that makes her job a bit harder, but she always comes through with exactly what I wanted and I've never left disappointed. Another thing worth mentioning is that she only trims as much as I ask for, never more. I've had hairdressers in the past say they're cutting an inch off and 3 inches later......this doesn't happen with Cassie. Super nice & sweet too! Thanks Cassie for always making me beautiful.
