He was honest from the moment we met him, they didn't charge us for paying cash, they put new brakes on every car they sell and help you tremendously with what you are looking for. Besides tax, we paid what the price of the car was with NO HIDDEN FEES!!!! We told him what we wanted for our family and he was a tremendous help. We were honestly torn between two cars, but went with Shine Auto Toronto because we knew what we were getting. We would rather work with Rabee than anyone else. So he asked again for my VIN from my ownership, I gave him a photo of JUST the VIN # (not sure why you would need my ownership picture when I already sent you my VIN). Sent that through. . . (SAME EXACT VIN NUMBER) I have not heard from this guy (Jake Berman) since... I know it's a weekend and a day but I want my truck gone asap! I don't recommend this place. We never damaged the vehicle, we made modifications that were at our liking because we thought this was going to be our vehicle for a long period of time not 3 months, it was never 6 months. Because after 3 months it was inspected by MTO AND THEY were the ones who said it was unsafe to drive and took the license plate away and said we needed to contact the dealership we got it from and we even did two more safety checks before MTO was invloved which did not pass. You admitted your machine might have missed it and people make mistake, which those mistakes could of put my family in danger of their lives!! I have more photos if needed. SO STOP LYING TO PEOPLE! So, we agreed to finance the vehicle, only to be hit with an additional $1,500 financing fee. We wished him the best of luck in his future endeavors and walked away. This dealership doesn't even deserve one star, their rating would be zero if that were possible. If you want to save yourself the hassle, I'd suggest going somewhere that doesn't tack on ridiculous extra fees for cash, financing, or safety inspections. The final price should be simple: selling price plus HST--nothing more.
