My dad and our family felt pressured into moving forward with a car without being given proper time to think or review the deal. Everything felt rushed, and once papers were involved, we were made to feel like we had no real option to step back. We were also told that we could be reported to authorities for allegedly driving without a license or insurance, even though no proof was ever shown to us. This felt intimidating and caused a lot of stress for our family. One employee in particular, Irma, was very unprofessional. She raised her voice during phone calls and spoke to my family in a disrespectful way when concerns were raised. From our experience, she seems very focused on closing sales, especially with members of the Filipino community. The online advertising looks good, but when issues come up, the level of customer service does not match. To make things worse, the car was delivered without properly informing us that someone was already outside waiting, which caused confusion and tension. Instead of handling it professionally, we were met with attitude. Overall, this dealership was unreliable and did not treat my family with honesty or respect. We never damaged the vehicle, we made modifications that were at our liking because we thought this was going to be our vehicle for a long period of time not 3 months, it was never 6 months. Because after 3 months it was inspected by MTO AND THEY were the ones who said it was unsafe to drive and took the license plate away and said we needed to contact the dealership we got it from and we even did two more safety checks before MTO was invloved which did not pass. You admitted your machine might have missed it and people make mistake, which those mistakes could of put my family in danger of their lives!! I have more photos if needed. SO STOP LYING TO PEOPLE! So, we agreed to finance the vehicle, only to be hit with an additional $1,500 financing fee. We wished him the best of luck in his future endeavors and walked away. This dealership doesn't even deserve one star, their rating would be zero if that were possible. If you want to save yourself the hassle, I'd suggest going somewhere that doesn't tack on ridiculous extra fees for cash, financing, or safety inspections. The final price should be simple: selling price plus HST--nothing more.
