We were told 4-6 weeks after we paid half the bill which was several thousands of dollars. I contacted them in the middle of March but scheduler would NOT respond to calls or emails. I also called and emailed the owner, Mike. Nothing!! No response. Frustrating. We finally got our A1 installer to work on our project end of April though end of May. After job was complete, I contacted owner again. This time he responded immediately. He basically said he was sorry. If you can stomach poor customer service this your place.

Wednesday DID NOT work at all for any of subs or us as home-owners that relied on the install to happen when they said it would. Our expectation is that a company should make it "right" and not affect the customer. Well, that didn't happen, manager/owner did not follow-up and they have now jeopardized our closing on current house and moving into new house. If they would have had a decent resolution based off of decent customer service, I wouldn't have felt it necessary to do this review!! Never reviewed anything before now!
