Not worth the high prices, and the worker was rude and seemed totally uninterested in helping

Great overall experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good selection. We've been customers for years and are very happy with Klosters.

Excellent quality meats. Ground beef and chicken taste like they should (unlike grocery stores). Friendly team as well.

I will start off by saying PREPSHOP is one of the 2 reasons I'm in the greatest shape of my life!!!…read more Their food and customer service is impeccable. I have been ordering from PREPSHOP continuously for the past 7.5 months and loving it! My favourite dishes are the stewed beef and mashed potato, beef/turkey chilli and turkey quinoa loaf with acorn squash. My mouth is watering just typing about it! I've been in the midst of training for a fitness competition for less than a year now. I'm married, have a full time job where I work 12 hour shifts days and nights so it takes up a lot of my time. Thanks to PREPSHOP, they take the stress of making, weighing, portioning and packaging my food off my shoulders. All of my PREPSHOP orders are specific to my dietary needs and the owners and employees are always on the ball when I come for my meal pick ups. I am notorious for calling in my orders too late and PREPSHOP will always do their very best to prepare some meals for me despite my absentmindedness and later than last minute requests. PREPSHOP is the epitome of professionalism and great customer service. You want quality, healthy and delicious food?...PREPSHOP. Some people complain about costs but do you ever think about how expensive and time consuming making yourself food is? You have to drive to the grocery store (gas$$), waste time in a supermarket gathering ingredients (time is money ppl!), drive back home (gas$$), lug the groceries in and start chopping, weighing, marinating, cooking, cooling and packaging (assuming you have enough Tupperware at home for let's say 5 days worth of meals or do you have to go to buy Tupperware? $$). Will those meals last in those tupperwares? Probably not because they're not vacc packed like PREPSHOP meals!!! How about the groceries you bought too much of and never got to use? Rotting away in your fridge or cupboard? I guess that's $$$ and the time you took to go buy it straight into the garbage! Meat and produce aren't cheap ppl! If you disagree with me, you're OBVIOUSLY NOT into the whole taking care of your body, keeping fit and putting yourself first mindset. So I'd advise you to go to the doctor and see what your cholesterol level is at or maybe take a quick peek at your body fat % relative to your height/age/sex. I'm sure you will be less than pleased. I can go on forever...as you can tell I'm a huge advocate of prepared meals for convenience, from a cost perspective and maintaining my health. I will end this by saying, PREPSHOP has the monopoly over meal prep and I can't wait to go eat my grilled chicken and quinoa and ground turkey and sweet potato mmmmmmmmm.....

I've tried many many food prepping companies in the past, by far Prepshop hits every time. Nothing…read morecan beat their variety and quality. They microwave perfectly everytime. My favourites are the jerk chicken, honey garlic chicken, Korean bbq beef, turkey burrito bowls and the teriyaki salmon

If you love chocolate and/or soft serve ice cream, this place is meant for you. I ordered their…read moreswirl soft serve with a 70% dark chocolate based dip and it was everything I could have asked for. The tart raspberries gave a perfect compliment to everything. I will definitely return for gifts for others and soft serve for myself.

This place gave me Firehall Confectionery vibes because of the ice cream dipping stations…read more After eating at Levetto right next door in the plaza, some of my friends and I decided to hop over here and try some dessert. I opted not going for any of the "kooky" combinations advertised as they looked WAY too sweet for me. There's only 3 soft serve flavours here. Vanilla, chocolate or twist (vanilla + choco). But in terms of coatings/dips, they have a TON. I spent a good 15 min deciding which dip I wanted to go with. The owner (I presume) was the one who took my order when I walked up to the register. He highly recommended that I opt for a waffle cone if I was going for a classic dip (I was leaning towards just getting a cup). He was so adamant that he threw in the waffle cone for free! Super nice guy and great customer service! Got a medium size, chocolate soft-serve with extra dark chocolate shell/exterior. These scoops are very generous. I prolly could've done with a small tbh since I was SOOO FULL after dinner loool. But yea, I'm glad I went with dark chocolate on chocolate soft-serve because the whole dessert was not sweet at all which I really enjoyed. If I'm back in the area one day with my gf, I'll take her here and share a dessert with her!

Decent uptown Asian supermarket if you're looking for a less busy calm experience…read more Ranch Fresh Supermarket was our go-to at the start of the pandemic when they were one of the first stores to introduce masking for peace-of-mind. We still come back every so often as they still offer fair prices without corporate markup. Walking in, the familiar arrangement is in place with produce section in front right with a good variety of Asian vegetables & fruits. This is followed by packaged meats, butcher counter, frozen products, seafood section in the back with nowadays standard prices. The dairy, bakery, sushi and hot food sections round out the left side with some weekly specials. Between this is the usual set of narrow Asian grocery aisles. This isn't the most polished or busy supermarket but browsing here is pleasant with the relative calm that you don't always feel at congested places. From hot food specials, we tried their stir-fry eggplant ($5.98), sweet & sour fish fillet ($9.98) and Cantonese chow mein ($4.98) in good takeout portions. The eggplant and fish were both flavourful while the noodles tasted less authentic. There's a small seating area upfront. Skip it or hit it? When we're occasionally in the area, it's our preferred grocer for old times sake.

This review is based on one visit in January 2022…read more In era of a pandemic, grocery runs are major outings, and sometimes the only outing in a week. So it is only fitting that the first review I write in 2022 is on a grocery store. Ranch Fresh is good - the store is spacious, brightly lit, clean, well organized, well ventilated, cheerfully decorated. The fresh meat is really fresh. Just like other Asian supermarkets, most fresh meat items are sold by weight behind a butcher counter. There is some prepackaged meat if you prefer to grab and go. There is a big produce section with great varieties. Pricing is higher than its sibling store Field Fresh (Scarborough) and just about the same as Full Fresh (Markham). I cannot comment on services, because I didn't require any assistance. There aren't many Asian grocery stores in Newmarket. I trust Ranch Fresh is a good addition to the neighbourhood, providing diversity, variety and convenience.
