I have learned, there are people who rush you and don take the time to talk to you and people who just don't show up. Of the 4 estimates I got, Victor was the best at communication. They should have never touched my deck if they didn't think staining it was appropriate. I contacted the company within months of sealant application, and after persistent back-and-forth with Amanda (the manager), the owner (Doug) eventually came out and assessed it and resealed the deck. However, the issue worsened a few months later. Amanda continued the back-and-forth, making me wait for months at times. They now claim the warranty is up, though initially, it was just a few months after application that I contacted them. If a sealant was inappropriate, they should've informed me during the inspection. Even the owner resealed it. If resealing wasn't a viable solution, why offer it? It seems they aimed to run out the warranty. This company is highly unprofessional and won't take responsibility for their work. I've asked for a refund multiple times. Their motto 'Relationships matter more than the brush or the ladder' is far from the truth. They don't care about their work and they definitely do not care about their customers. I don't usually write reviews, but people deserve to know how subpar this company is. I'm beyond disappointed, out $600 for staining that didn't work and destroyed my deck, and now have to pay for a whole new deck. You better believe I will not be using this company to replace it. BEWARE!!!!

The second time, not so much! RAY, the owner has refused to return our calls, and guess what?? The work was completed and paid for in FULL! It was after the job was completed that things started happening. With BOTH jobs we've had him do. VERY disappointed, we really liked this guy and have lots more work that needs to be done. Shortly after the second job of painting our entire house, the front door which was originally in a stained wood color but the material is made out of fiberglass. We switched to the fiberglass door to be able to uphold the constant, direct heat and sunlight we get hit with. The original stain that was on there held up for many years but it started to fade. We opted to paint it red, which turned out to be a beautiful color and contrast to the colors of the home. But... shortly after job completion I sent RAY photos of the door, clearly showing it was starting to peel and bubble. I'm talking within a months time or less!! He argued back with me that it was not peeling and that it was just artifacts in the door. After repeated attempts to have him come look, you just give up. Well here we are 2 years later and yesterday as I was blowing the front porch off, a huge section of the paint blew right off!! I texted him and of course, no reply! RAY, May the karma come back to you two fold! Do not bother to hire this guy. Once he's paid, and even prior to completing this last job, communication started lapsing. Our home was severely damaged from a huge storm where we had multiple things that needed replacing. He took off in the middle of the job with the siding already taken off the house and for 2 weeks of trying to reach him, he finally responded he was sick with covid. Whatever RAY!! And now our first job completed by him is failing as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS JOKER. YOU'LL BE SORRY YOU DID!

Unfortunately, I must rate this company as a 1 star for quality and responsiveness. From the…read morebeginning of the project, the initial power washer did not clean 90% of the house exterior once he saw me leave to run an errand. This was discussed with the project coordinator (son of owner) and owner. We were also concerned about the painting crew that was assigned to the project (a painter, his wife and son) considering the size of our home. Several times during the exterior trim painting, the paint kept forming bubbles on the wood trim. We were told it was because the prior paint was prepped with putty vs. caulk. However, I questioned that explanation since the original paint had NO bubbles when they painted over it. On 11/29/2022 after finally sanding the trim and repainting it, the bubbles did not immediately appear. So, the owner then stated if the bubbles returned, they would have to replace the wood trim in those areas and then repaint. So, we paid in full the $9,300+ for the exterior paint project even though we did not receive the complimentary garage and sidewalk pressure washing. However, by 12/16/2022, the bubbles returned. I texted the owner (on the same phone number he texted me to confirm my payment was received) about the bubbles returning and attached pictures. He responded an hour later saying "unfortunately we will be closed for the holidays. I will contact you around the beginning of next year to clean up those bubbles." On 1/14/2023 and 1/17/2023, I texted him back at the same number with the same text message from 12/16/2022, with no response. On 1/23/2023, I called the business telephone number (404) 862-0760 and left a voice message about the bubbles returning and my three (3) text messages sent with no response. As of today, I still have not heard back from the company or its owner. The last day on the project, the owner stated that any corrections needed to the paint project would be covered by the warranty.
