They contacted him and he was at my house in a half an hour. He found a problem and corrected it. Two days later I discovered another problem and called the office again. Dan brought another technician and they had to dig down through River rock and found the problem and replaced the bad pipe. Really great guys, very professional, Cleaned up after themselves and had all the parts they needed on the truck. I hated to open the bill since they were "the best company in this desert area!" I'm guessing he was going to keep my deposit because when I spoke with Basin Sod they told me that Jason had already charged me for them. I'm now trying to get reimbursed from Basin Sod for my pallet deposit. If I would have known that he was just a middle man I would have just ordered directly from Basin Sod.

The crew rototilled the uneven areas, spread the dirt to even everything out and laid new sod. After a few weeks the sod is growing in nicely. They added dirt to the edges between the old grass and the new sod to even everything up and scattered grass seed. New grass is already growing in and in another week or two you won't be able to distinguish between the old grass and the new. We are really happy with the quality of their work! Absolute Lawn Care starts up our irrigation system in the spring and blows it out in the fall and maintains the system with new sprinkler heads or anything that is needed. Jason always responds immediately to phone calls and we never have to wait long for service. This is a top notch business with a reliable crew and we highly recommend them!

(We have a water/air heat pump so the pond is where the water is discharged from the furnace/air conditioner unit. It gets the water from the well.) Victor gave us a reasonable quote to pull back the liner, raise the sides with dirt, replace the liner and hardscape with rock. We already had some flat paver type rock and some boulders with which to work. He brought in some river rock to finish it. He and his crew had it done in less than 2-1/2 days and did a meticulous, professional job. I was surprised to even see them using a level and a motorized tool to tamp down the dirt they brought in. They were all very hardworking and respectful. Victor kept checking with us as the job progressed to make sure he was doing what we wanted. We are very happy with the results and would recommend him and his crew to anyone.

My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you. ​
