I was losing gallons of water per hour through my Sprinklers and didn't know where it was going or coming from. Lucky for me The head technician was working just blocks away. They contacted him and he was at my house in a half an hour. He found a problem and corrected it. Two days later I discovered another problem and called the office again. Dan brought another technician and they had to dig down through River rock and found the problem and replaced the bad pipe. Really great guys, very professional, Cleaned up after themselves and had all the parts they needed on the truck. I hated to open the bill since they were "the best company in this desert area!" What an absolute surprise. The fee was very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone. I live in Hermiston and they cover quite an area.

My yard was overrun and needed replanting. It took almost a month before they were able to start the peoject, and only after i had to contact them several times asking when the work would begin. There were some delays that were not their fault, but there were also several commitments that they failed to meet and had to reschesule on me. They never let me know ahead of time that work would not be able to be completed. They would just miss their commitment and then i was left to contact them and find out the reason. After the initial work was finished, they were supposed to continue with weed control. They never showed up again. The manager contacted me several times inquiring about my lawn. Every time i told him weeds were growing back strong. The week of the 4th of july, i sent him a picture of my overgrown yard. At this point it was worse than before they dis the first job because the weeds were being watered. He said he would have someone over to pull weeds or mowz but again nobody showed on the agreed date. My yard was an absolute mess for the holiday weekend. After that i cut ties with this company and will never do business again. The wasted my time as a customer by telling me they could meet my needs, but completely fell flat on providing the actual service. Dont waste your time with this company. Their hands are too full to take care of you. ​

They responded within an hour, and within another hour, someone was out to check out the system. It turned out to be an easy fix, and they didn't even charge me for coming over. We hired Kline Landscape & Irrigation, Inc to build us a Waterfall feature. Their estimate came in at $6,300. Kline used Rubber Adhesive and Contact Cement fusing our EPDM liners, one he did not even clean the area before applying the highly toxic materials onto the EPDM liner, two the rubber adhesive will deteriorate within a few month. Doug the owner has no idea that certain materials are highly toxic and are not made to be used around Waterfalls or Pond features with live fish. He was not able to properly use the Pond Foam to seal the wears so the water runs over them instead underneath. To make matters worse several major water leaks have developed, which he is aware off, but has not made any attempts to contact us and/or fix them. His company received a check in the amount of $3,150.00 on the first day of the project, which according to his invoice covered labor and equipment. They really never finished the project and left us with incomplete work. Their latest Invoice request that we pay $2,724.31 for materials and parts, when materials and parts retail cost came to a total of $1,185.93, that is a mark up of 1.29719% and/or overhead cost of $1,538.38. We do not mind paying for properly performed work, labor and/or materials used, however when a contractor marks up parts and materials by an additional $1,538.38, when he purchases them at wholesale prices, then that is fraud, unethical, dishonest business behavior and practices and gouging the customers. We requested an itemized breakdown on what materials were used and the cost; to this day we have not received such breakdowns although required by law. I questioned the labor charges, Muro's indicated that it took (3) guys to dig the two holes (8) hours total. Can't pass the straight face test. There are some integrity/honesty issues here.
