When she's either busy (with other patients), out of town or has prior commitments, I usually go see Dr. Dyksterhouse (as of early this year) and he too is a very humourous physician, but is the opposite of Kusiak. I've been not only a big asset to these physicians, whom I see them, as my family, they are now my friends, as I'm part of the Trinity Health group.

Did not get my DOT long form till over two weeks after doctor checked me up. Now my license is expiring and I had to get another DOT physical done so I make appointment here. I was given an 11:00am appointment. I arrived at 11:00am was not called in to office untill 11:30am was made to sit in room#2 till 12:00pm and the aide walks in and tells me DOT physicals are $150. Bull crap. Why tell someone you will do the DOT physical at $80, make them sit around for an hour to tell them its $150?? This dude should be reported to the police or someone for being a crook!!! DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY! If DOT physical is what you need go to Concentra Urgent Care (found this online after I left these crooks) they charge $56.50 and they give you your long form same day!!!

She takes the time necessary to understand the issue and discusses it with you in a way that is caring and empathetic. The nurses are also helpful and take the time needed. Never do you feel like you are "just another patient". The office staff, led by Deborah, is top notch also. Billing and scheduling issues are non existent and they are very helpful in all aspects. I highly recommend this office and provider.

And as others have pointed out, the phone wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Every time I called the clinic I was on hold for 30-45 minutes, regardless of the time of day. You could literally call first thing in the morning and you would be waiting for half an hour. Whoever is in charge here is not only terribly inefficient, they are putting their patients' health at risk.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a practice as a whole. I was "treated" for a…read moreproblem that I didn't have by Dr Usman Ashraf. He dismissed all of my questions that I asked about based on my prior Urgent Care visit. At my follow up with Dr Ashraf, he screamed and yelled and both me and my husband because he diagnosed my injury wrong. Switched to Dr Carter Docking within the practice who diagnosed me with the injury I originally presented with. Dr Docking, without doing any testing to see where my nerves were damaged injected me with a corticosteroid shot. I have since developed horrible pain and numbness in my arm and hand. Dr Docking again dismissed my concerns of the excruciating pain I experienced due to the injection. And if that isn't enough.... In 2019 I had a epidural done to help with my excruciating back pain. And again, the competency of the clinic was awful. When going to do the lumbar block epidural, the technician nicked my spinal column causing me to leak spinal fluid. Anyone had a spinal headache? Worst feeling ever. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Horrible experience with 3 different doctors.
