I highly recommend Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks! I was really dreading the process of researching and finding a hotel block for my wedding, but then I found out about Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks via Reddit. I submitted a short form on their website, and very soon after, Stephanie got in touch with me. She asked me a few questions about what I prioritized in a hotel, and a few days later, she sent me back a very detailed spreadsheet comparing options. My fiance and I were able to easily compare amongst the options and make the best choice. Once we selected the hotel, Stephanie worked with the hotel's staff to get my block booked. Along the way, Stephanie was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. It would have taken way longer if I had done this myself. Best of all, the cost of this service itself is free (Kleinfeld negotiates with the hotel to take a percentage of the room sales from the block). Definitely go with Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks for booking your hotel! read more

Candice Rush was so easy to work with, transparent in answering my questions throughout, and shared comprehensive information about each hotel so we could feel confident in our choice for our hotel block! I can't recommend working with Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks enough! This process was so much less stressful because of their help. From start to finish, this process took 10 days, and most of that time was my fiancé and I trying to make a decision because Candice had provided a wealth of helpful information for us. She was responsive to all my emails, replying within a few hours or next business day and made everything a breeze. read more

Seriously, do not hesitate to contact them! Katherine Arcos helped me throughout the whole process. And she was great and so helpful. After telling her what we wanted she compiled an Excel sheet with all of our different hotel options. She made sure we were happy with our choice and put us in touch with a real person at the hotel. She was even able to negotiate a great room and little perks for us. I wouldn't have been able to do that myself. The best part- the service was 100% free. Big thanks to Katherine for helping us find an awesome hotel for us and our guests! read more

I cannot say enough great things about Emily and Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks! Emily was not only so extremely helpful and knowledge when we first planned out and secured our hotel block for our original May 2020 wedding, but she has gone above and beyond by helping us move our hotel block TWICE due to postponing our wedding twice due to Covid. The best tool for booking hotel blocks a bride can ask for! As someone who's planning their own wedding, I appreciate all the help I can get when it comes to coordinating logistics. Before reaching out to Kleinfeld, I've tried another hotel block service that was a sore disappointment and my expectations were pretty low. But Kleinfeld totally changed that! My agent Emily B was quick, efficient and extremely organized in compiling a spreadsheet of hotel bids fitting my criteria and budget. With her help, finding a hotel was extremely easy and she did an amazing job in negotiating on my behalf. Throughout the process, everything was extremely explicit and I did not feel at any point that I was going to be blindsided w anything additional, as wedding services can sometimes be. I really can't say enough good things about this service and Emily B. Save yourself a lot of time and headache and go with Kleinfeld! read more

tl;dr Amazing service that will save you time and money on picking the perfect hotel for your wedding guests. Wow! A huge thank you to Stephanie G who made the process of finding a room block for my upcoming wedding completely effortless. I initially went to several hotels that weren't right and couldn't accommodate my needs. Enter Stephanie. I didn't realize I would be getting a true concierge service when I found out about Kleinfeld through my wedding planning support group (yes, I need a support group, planning a wedding is no joke!). My preferences (including location, price, amenities, etc) were taken into account when sending a list of options, AND she highlighted her selected top choice for me! Once I visited the hotel, met with their event manager, and approved the hotel with my fiancé, Stephanie once again helped to proofread and edit the contract (a few times since I made some changes/additions), get me a lower rate (!!!) on the bridal suite (which I was unable to negotiate on my own, was told no), and even saved me a trip back to the hotel by creating an electronic version of the contract that I could sign from the comfort of my own home. Not only is this service completely FREE (they take a percentage fee from the hotel rate paid by guests), but it saved me TONS of time and money! Thank you SO MUCH Stephanie! I am so beyond pleased with the personalized care and kindness that you took to make this part of the planning so easy and fun! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone planning a wedding! read more

I worked with Stephanie Gagliano, and she was AMAZING! I heard about Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks through Zola and figured I would give it try. Stephanie provided for me an extensive list of hotels offering hotel blocks that met specific criteria I was looking for, such as: bar, shuttle pick up/drop off capabilities, and diverse socioeconomic ranges. The list was provided in an excel worksheet detailing: cost, location, stipulations, and amenities. I kept waiting for her to mention a service charge for all the work she put in calling around and putting the spreadsheet together; but she never did. The service was completely free! I ended up choosing 2 hotel blocks that I am really happy with and can't wait for my wedding guests to have a wonderful hotel experience. Thank you Stephanie for all your hard work! You are awesome! read more

Alexa was fabulous and answered my many many questions and I could tell she was truly dedicated to getting things absolutely right for me! Alexa was even able to secure a few extras and special things/perks for us that I wouldn't have been able to secure myself. While also being so sweet and lovely, I didn't feel rushed to ever make a final decision and I truly felt like Alexa was like a friend in the process. This service is absolutely amazing! So far, very good! I haven't yet hosted by wedding and my guest are just now learning of our proposed wedding blocks, but Kleinfeld Hotel Blocks has been very easy to work with. I was linked up with Robyn Quarella and within a week ( or less) time span she was able to compile a very extensive but helpful spreadsheet sharing all the details of nearby hotels and their rates, concessions, availability, etc. They manage all the contracts and utilize right signatures which allows you to electronically sign the contract. With never meeting Robyn, she has exceed my expectations and with no cost to myself. Working with Kleinfeld was the best experience I've ever had! I booked a Weekend trip for my birthday and wanted my friends and I to stay in the same hotel. The prices in the area were a bit higher than expected but with Allyson, she helped bring in all options. She even gave helpful recommendations on what hotels were near most of the attractions and what would benefit my group.
