So first I have to start off by saying that I literally called them on Thursday, literally yesterday to try and get an appointment for a massage, as a first time patient because I had a three day migraine. The gal that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and was able to get me in at 8 AM on Friday, today. I showed up about 15 minutes before my appointment so that I could fill out new patient paperwork. I was a cash pay patient so I was told that it was $90 for an hour long massage or they do like a package where you pay for four upfront and you get the fifth free and that's what I ended up doing because I had my massage with Lexi who is their newest massage therapist And she was fantastic. Literally the best massage that I have ever had. She communicated very well at the beginning of our appointment and asked me what we wanted to focus on if I had any restrictions or if there was anything that I was uncomfortable with very good energy very much appreciated and liked that we went over that first And within about three minutes of her, massaging my face and my neck I knew that I would be buying a package to come back and see her as much as humanly possible I really like the fact that after I got up to leave, she asked if I needed a water which I did which was awesome and just said with the issues that I'm having, I should probably come back and see her every 2 to 3 weeks that's what she would recommend obviously, that's exactly what I'm gonna be doing I can't recommend her enough. I'm actually making an appointment for my husband and my sister to go and see her as well. Another thing that I want to mention, especially with massage appointments I sometimes feel like you get rushed with the time that you have and I didn't feel that way at all it was very relaxing and overall really good experience and I'll definitely be recommending her four massage therapy read more

However, one time as I was waiting for them with my wife she called my attention to a yoga-ball looking device that seemed to help. I am in my late 30s and do manual labor as my full time job. Upon sitting on the device, well aware that it was for therapeutic purposes and considering also becoming a patient, I am sternly reprimanded, SIR THAT IS A THERAPEUTIC DEVICE from the owner, from behind, as though I am a small, naive, disobedient child. Massages have been good. I would like more deep tissue work than they typically do. They accept VA referrals which is great but by the time you get scheduled it's another 1.5 months to get you on the schedule so you only get a 2-3 massages before the referral runs out. They don't request extensions because they tend to get rejected. So then you have to start the process all over again with your pcm, community care and getting initially scheduled again. So in this sense they seem to accept more patients than they can handle. The chiropractor side may be different. The office staff and massage specialists are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend services if you are not using insurance and doing massages spaced out. read more

Wow, arguably the worst adjustment I've ever experienced in 20 years of receiving chiropractic work. I felt like a piece of meat when I was adjusted at KLEIN CHIROPRACTIC. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Klein for years now. He is very knowledgeable, genuinely cares about his patients health, and is an all around nice guy. These guys are the best! I came here originally because they were the only ones that I could find open that would take me on Saturday and then I stayed because they were all amazing. I have been seeing Dr Klein for 20 years, at least. I initially met with him after putting my back out while doing dishes. Of course, this was on a Friday night and I despaired of finding anyone who could help me. A friend thought Dr Klein was open on Saturday and recommended him highly. Dr Klein was gracious enough to squeeze me in the next morning and I got some immediate relief and regained some mobility. After a few weeks, I was back to normal but I continued to see Dr Klein for chronic migraines that I have had since my early 20s. I had been to many doctors, but Dr Klein was the only person who was able to help me. My husband began seeing Dr Klein for a bad back and arthritis. I had never known him to be able to turn his head without discomfort. While he cannot regain 100% mobility because he started treatment so late, he is now able to turn his head and he is much more comfortable. I was in a car accident and was not sure if Chiropractic & Massage was actually helping or hurting me. Looking back on things now, I would have benefited from going with the Doctors recommendation from the beginning. It is critical to be evaluated by a chiropractor after a motor-vehicle accident, and to continue treatment until the doctor recommends less treatment, or none at all. I have heard so many put downs on chiropractors over the years that influenced my decision on whether chiropractic care was in my best interest. I have heard from numerous folks in society about how "those chiropractors make it so you have to keep coming back". I was skeptical because of these comments. It was projected that chiropractors attempt to get you addicted to their services. I stopped treatment prematurely without the doctors blessing, and two months later the pain was back and it was strong, and it was clear to me that I would not heal without the adjustments and massages. It has been very difficult to find a rhythm that works to get my 40 hour work week in, and multiple appointments due to the car accident. It has been exhausting, stressful, and hurtful to my balance in life. Yet, it is so very, very clear to me now, that if I do not follow Doctor's orders, I will pay for it in ways I can not ever recover from. For example, without chiropractic adjustments right now, I would not have much mobility in my neck and I would have piercing headaches --- therefore, I would not be able to manage my job. If I could not work this job, I do not have the skills to make the same amount of money in another field. My point is- not getting treatment would eventually lead down a road of progressive decline in my health and ability to make a living. I make the time for these appointments now, even when it means that the appointments extend my already long days and take from me achieving other things that help me lead a balanced life. The doctor is genuine. He is trustworthy. I gained that knowledge over time and through experience. Tracy is one of the massage therapists at the clinic. She is the very best massouse I have experienced, ever! I leave feeling invigorated and ready to rest all at the same time. She helps my body to stay chemically balanced through this recovery process by helping my body to release tension and toxins. The front office managment team is the friendliest, kindest, sweetest team of front end ladies i have experienced in a doctors office. They make everything so simple. They have never asked for me to do anything that they could take care of for me. Such as insurance or attorney questions. I appreciate them a lot. Worst chiropractor I've been to. Doctor doesn't explain the billing properly so you get hit with a bill later despite them not explaining how many things they are going to charge for. They even want to charge extra just to read an x-ray. Shouldn't you be able to take two minutes and read it over the phone? The adjustment didn't do a single thing either. It may take a few appointments to feel perfect, but you should be able to feel something while it's even happening. read more
