Burris Law helped me with my Mom's probate and estate. They are informative, extremely helpful,…read moreprompt, and understanding. Going through the probate process took a long time(2 and a half years) partial due to the nature of the courts and partially due to some more uncommon issues that came up. Including an existence of a trust, but being unable to locate a copy including finding the attorney who originally set up the trust and asking if they had any copies. Unfortunately, the trust was set up before computer records were common. Another problem they helped me with was SunRun decided, for reasons we were never able to figure out, to try to shut of service even after I had began the process of transferring everything into my name and was only then waiting on the deed for the house that I wouldn't have until probate was over. Getting a letter saying SunRun was going to deactivate my service for being overdue on payments while in the same letter saying I owed no money and was 0 days past due was confusing and was confusingto every SunRunemployeei spoke to and none could give me answers. Burris Law helped me tremendously with this and without their help I don't know what would have happened in the end. I can't say enough nice things about them. They sent me 2 small care packages during the process and it was really nice to get something positive in the mail during a time when I was getting anxiety every time the mail came. Even after probate has been over for a year they answer any questions I have that come up. Retaining their services was expensive, as it would have been for any probate attorney, and it was worth every cent. When I'm in a better spot I'll be back to set up my own trust with their help.

Because we bought the property remotely, completing all paperwork electronically was a strict requirement for us. It had also been quite a while since we last bought a home, but Anthony did a fantastic job of managing the remote process and explaining everything clearly. We felt much more confident having him at our side throughout the transaction. A few key aspects of his service really stood out: * Extremely Responsive: He was exceptionally quick to reply to any questions, keeping the transaction moving efficiently. He even made himself available to assist us during his own vacation, which we greatly appreciated. * Clear Communication: He was excellent at breaking down complex legal terms and contract details into straightforward, easy-to-understand language. * Thorough and Diligent: Anthony was meticulous with our paperwork, reviewing every electronic document carefully to ensure our interests were fully protected. The strategy session was informative and left me with more confidence regarding my ongoing claim. When you hire a lawyer, you want someone who's sharp, efficient, and doesn't waste your time (or money) with fluff. Lawyers charge by the minute, so every word should count. When I met Divya, she did exactly that. She took all the information I gave her, laid out the pros and cons, and walked me through possible scenarios, often answering my questions before I even had to ask. With the other attorneys? I left more confused than when I walked in. Divya was precise, laser-focused, and consistently available. Even replying during off-hours when I wasn't expecting a response. Legal matters aren't easy. The anxiety builds. But this firm never dropped the ball. They were with me the entire time, and I never once felt neglected or alone. In the end, we got a decent settlement. We got exactly what we fought for. It took a year, mostly because we were up against irrational people. Sometimes it's not just about "winning"; it's about standing your ground and letting the other side know they can't walk all over you without consequences. Now, I know exactly who I'd call if I face something like this again, and who I'll recommend to anyone in my community who does. Just be upfront, be honest, and be prepared. No attorney can guarantee the outcome; just like no doctor can guarantee the result of surgery. But with this team, you'll know they've got your back.
