Their excellent technician, Tim, got a constantly-running toilet repaired to stop the running, and also installed two new brushed stainless steel lavatory faucets. We had an issue with a faucet leaking and it was affecting our ability to have hot water. We called a plumbing company we have used for several years and were told they couldn't get to us for nearly two weeks! We decided to check Angi's list last night and we chose Jack L. Woods Plumbing Company. My husband, Greg, phoned them this morning and even though they said they were quite busy, they would work to fit us in tomorrow morning. But then my husband received a call and was told the plumber, Bill H. was on his way to our home. Bill fixed the issue within a short period of time and the leak stopped. We feel the price was very fari. We still need to do more work on the main bathroom tub fixtures, but that can wait. We're over the moon to have our hot water back! Highly, highly recommend Jack L. Leaving me with equipment that becomes a fire hazard and a downstairs that still floods. All costing me more money and home value. Would have respected them more if they just said my job was over their heads. Instead they took my money, left me worse off and washed their hands of it. Not good business practice at all.

I contacted Professional Gutter & Drain after noticing an elbow on one of my gutters was leaking…read more The team quickly called me back and explained their pricing, which I feel is fair. They were pretty backed up due to the weather but were at my house within the time quoted which was two to three weeks. The crew arrived as scheduled and were very professional. Not only did they fix the issue I called about, but went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order. They actually fixed some additional issues and were done within an hour! They were very honest and explained what needed fixed now and what could wait. I highly recommend Professional Gutter & Drain.

Was the work completed? No…read more Did that stop them from filing a lien? Also no. The workers were great - they got in, they did most of the work. But then they missed the higher up gutter and didn't connect it to the lower gutter (something specifically called out on their FIRST VISIT and discussion of work to be done, and a FOLLOW UP EMAIL where they said "yes, we will do that work.") Plain and simple, it's a gamble that you'll get what you paid for, but at this price, I had bigger gutters/downspouts and leaf guards added for less than other companies wanted for just a leaf guard. But the inability to complete the contract and then demand payment when I can't afford a lawyer? Does NOT leave a favorable feeling.

We had a horrible experience with their sub crew from start to finish and are now stuck with a badly installed roof that will NOT last like it should due to improper prep work and poor installation- all of which nullifies the warranty. In addition, we cleaned up THOUSANDS of nails, tens of cigarette butts, plastic and insulation scraps, etc. Absolutely no attention to detail or care was given. Homeowners be warned.

Their name and phone number is shown on my thermostat, so i called them when the A/C wouldn't work yesterday. The girl who answered the phone asked for my address and if they installed the unit. I said Yes they installed it and gave her the address. She then informed me that they couldn't help me. She said they were too busy to do service requests. They only do new installations and warranty service! Not that they couldn't get to it for x number of days or weeks. Just that they couldn't service it at all. I knew it wouldn't still be under warranty since it is 4 years old, but i never heard of a company that just refused to service a product that they installed. Very disappointed.
