They are rude and seem to have no problem lying and misleading the customers. I was misquoted for the cost to clean an area rug. The woman I first spoke with quoted me $60-80 to clean a 8x12 area rug with no major stains. When the guys got there to inspect the carpet, they said it was going to be $150. We had to really haggle them to agree to the price they had originally quoted us. Finally, they begrudgingly agreed to the price. They promised delivery during the week. I get a call the day before and they tell me that they can't deliver it. When I ask if I will be compensated for having to take off more time from work to be home to get the rug, the owner proceeds to tell me that because of me, his workers will have to stay late to clean the rug. I told him that I was willing to be flexible, but that his change in the time (especially at the last minute) was a HUGE inconvenience. The owner told me that it was "just a rug" and that I wasn't "suffering" by not having it. It is past the time they say they are going to deliver the rug--and so I call and inquire about where it is. The owner tells me that it isn't coming. He never bothered to call and notify me or apologize. They then try to make me pay the remaining deposit BEFORE delivering the rug. I will NEVER EVER use them again.

I texted the business (that's how I had booked and communicated with them) to clarify what the service covered and I was told there was no way they could have missed this and it was simply stains that wouldn't come out due to me only booking the light treatment. So... being annoyed, I bought a Bissell "Little Green" for $110 of Amazon and cleaned it myself and sure enough, the stains came out. My recommendation would be to save yourself your money and do it yourself.
