My husband and I talked about needing new wall to wall carpeting. All those stains are out, you can't see where they were. It's that good. Use them.

I had my very light carpet cleaned, but the reality was as I didn't think it could get back to it's original state. My carpet after Mello worked his magic is unbelievably clean and smells amazing. I will be having Mello return to clean my furniture, tiles and my wood floors. I just cannot say enough about the professionalism this company has and how unbelievably fair the prices are. I was quoted for four times the amount. Mello charged. If I could give this company higher than five stars I would. Keep up the great work guys!

Frank is the MAN. This guy is precise, thorough, and thoughtful. With the type of stone we…read moreselected, he worked diligently to ensure the grain matched at the seams perfectly, and pointed out, after installation, tiny flaws I think only he could have ever noticed. if something was off 1/2 mm, he wanted us to be aware of it and why that was the case. Positive things to know if you use Elana: They are precise and very good at what they do. They even sealed our countertops with a sealant from Italy that they say is one of the best products available. They walked us through care tips for outdoor use specific to our stone. Frank was responsive with updates, texted us pictures of edging, and made sure we felt very involved in the process. Opportunities for the business: They are pricier than come others, but their work was unmatched and if you want quality, you should be willing to pay for it. They also were a bit delayed on timelines due to unforeseen circumstances, so whatever your timeline is, add two weeks to that. This experience kinda makes me want to find the budget to re-do other countertops now... :)

Dugs Rugs always makes you feel like family and takes very good care. We recently had a new floor installed in our kitchen. After checking the 'big box' stores and several local flooring dealers, we went back to Dugs Rugs. Their price was very fair and competitive. Their selection of carpets and flooring is outstanding. We were able to have it installed according to our schedule, making it less stressful during these difficult times. The installer arrived promptly at the designated time. He was very professional, installed the flooring and gave very useful advice for cleaning and care. Dugs Rugs is a wonderful local, family run business that still understands the needs of today's consumer. They earned 5 stars in all the categories; price, selection, installation and customer service. They were so easy to deal with, that we strongly recommend this business for anyone looking for flooring or carpeting.

The caret pad we specified and were quoted was replaced with a lower grade pad with a less comprehensive warranty. Within 3 months of installation the seams are showing and edges of the carpet that interface with other flooring are failing. We have called multiple times to have Doug's come out to inspect and repair. They do not return calls and when we do reach them they give vague promises to schedule a visit. Over 5 months later nothing. This is in stark contrast to the irritating persistence of the woman who runs the showroom , schedules and collects payment. In our opinion, she is unrelenting and irritating when collecting money during the deposit and installation, and unreachable when there is a problem. After multiple broken promises to fix the issues we've experienced, we recently visited the showroom in Flanders. The state of the store says everything. It is a catastrophe. Messy, unwelcoming and dirty with the woman mentioned before ensconced at a messy desk in the rear not even deigning to greet a customer walking through the front door, but rather staring with an irritated "why are you bothering me" look until we engaged her. Even the face to face promise made to fix remains broken a month later. No follow up, nothing At this time we recommend avoiding Doug's Rugs at all costs. This is a huge disappointment as we strive to support small local businesses whenever we have a choice.
