The areas cleaned were cleaned well and we were able to have the same person come in repeatedly without issue. There is an initial cleaning fee after which the cleans become a standard rate which is understandable. I would recommend being put on a consistent schedule and make sure you know exactly what services you need (I.e., microwave, fridge clean etc.). Try them, relax kick back and get some help. I was hopeful for this service…read moreconsidering how nice the messages on Yelp were (although I was messaging "Steven" who had the profile picture of a woman). I was quoted $50 an hour or $135 for a flat rate. I knew my apartment was in need of a really deep clean for my move out, so I went with the flat rate. Knowing the condition of my apartment, I sent pictures to confirm that a move out clean would be doable. I was assured by "Steven" that it would be no issue. I was unable to supervise the clean or come while the cleaner was there, so I asked them to send me pictures/video of the completed clean. The videos were great but they conveniently cut off areas that weren't clean. It was a shame as I had to go back and clean the apartment myself. Baseboards and blinds were not cleaned despite being told that was a part of the move out clean. Ceiling fans were left dusty and dirty. The cleaner left piles of dirt and a bag of trash inside the apartment. The parts that they did clean were amazing, but it was nowhere near the standard of a "deep" or "move out" clean. If you're looking for a regular cleaning, I would recommend them, but go else where for your move out.
