Since starting with this practice, I have seen one doctor and one PA and while I thought the doctor was wonderful, the fantastic and warm PA named Sam is who I have settled with. The office is lovely and the staff members I have dealt with are all kind and helpful. The forms to fill out were minimal (great!) and the patient's portal has come in handy on several occasions. When making my follow up appointment on the way out of my last visit, I overheard one woman telling someone on the phone that they should come in the side door. (asked & they tell anyone that may have the flu to do that - smart!) Now...I did have to wait a bit on a returned phone call once, but as it was just once I can write that off to a busy day. All in all, I think the choice to switch doctors was quite a good one.
