2023 Toyota Camry…read more 10/10 service with Specialist Auto Glass! Unfortunately a rock hit my windshield on the 91 freeway and within a few days the crack had spread across 75% of the glass. Got a quote from a few different businesses and they had the best price and best reviews! Called the shop and they were able to schedule an appointment same day. Johni the owner is highly experienced,honest, and very friendly. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the replacement was done right. Replaced with Pilkington brand windshield which is OEM glass and also did the ADAS recalibration as well. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area or in need of auto glass work done!

My requirements were to use all OEM trim, foam, etc. to ensure that the fit and finish looked original and to avoid another Safelite-quality 'repair'. Out of all the local OC shops I talked to, Johnny was the only one who took the time to carefully listen to my concerns. He researched all the OEM parts for me on the first phone call. If you care about the details of your car, ask for Johnny because he really understands his customers. Others on the team are just as great. They kept in touch with me even when Johnny was away for a few days. I brought my car to the shop and the team kept me informed throughout the whole process. It was a quick job but they did it right, which is not what Safelite did. Avoid Safelite and just go with this shop (they are part of the Farmers affiliate network).

If you have a front-mounted camera for adaptive cruise control, lane assist, etc., you HAVE to have the system recalibrated after a new windshield is installed. Several quotes suggested it's an option. It's not. Signature was on top of it when I asked about the calibration and how it was performed. They always responded to my several questions as I was deciding between two different auto glass shops. Signature won out for being quick to respond and offering more for less. I finalized the appointment on a Friday, and they were able to get me in on Monday morning. Monday came, and I was there at 8:30 (FYI: It's a little tricky to find as it's a small driveway, so slow down when you get close.) The guiding me into the garage where my window was already set up, ready to go. They led me to their waiting room with a TV, coffee, etc. They came in, showed me that my camera was slightly misaligned after removing my window, and said it would hopefully be corrected when they were done. About 90 minutes later, they came and got me, said they were done, and went through the report that said my camera had been perfectly recalibrated. Taking the care home, the window looked great! In more tests, it rained the next night, so I went for a drive, and there were zero leaks around the window. I couldn't have asked for a better product or service. One final hint - pay cash if you can. They appreciate it.

I have to use Safelite for my company vehicle, but for my personal cars, I wouldn't use them again. I'd rather hire someone off craigslist who shows up on time and communicates clearly. The 2 stars are for the appointment being easy to book, and the technician being friendly once they arrived.

He gently pushed against the fender until the crease went away and pulled the bumper edge outward until it lined up flush against the fender. I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

I can't compliment Omar and his services enough. Not only was he kind enough to try to help me through an image I sent him through a text message of my windshield crack that was about 6 inches, but he was very honest and suggested I replace my windshield instead of fixing it and having to repair it again and again later. He called me back promptly and then referred me to a trusted shop that could replace the windshield for me. The price for repairing the windshield was about $100 dollars cheaper than every other place in Orange County I had called for an estimate on. The work was guaranteed and was done in less than an hour. Omar even called me the next day to make sure I was taken care of! Great customer service and great work! Thanks Omar!
