Took my car in and repaired, I called them to see if car be ready the next day. Person I spoke to said be ready today at 3:30. I'm like ok , but I'm working and won't be able to pick up car until tomorrow after taking off work. Well I go in at 9AM and they are working on the car. Person working on it said had some nicks on the fender and needed to be fixed, but be ready in a few hours. Three hours later I call and that person said a part was on order and car be ready maybe Monday afternoon! I'm like it's Friday and I took off special to pick up my car. A few hours someone from the office call me and said car is ready. I'm like ok, be there soon. I go there and had buffing dust on the repair are still, the rest of the car was cleaned and a worker got a cloth and dusted the fender a little.. I forgot my glasses and at the shop it's looked good. Well after it rained I went with glasses on and was a bit disappointed on the finish work. Very minimal and I can live with it because don't have time to take off work and do this minor fix. I'll post some pics of areas that are messed up .

They did more damage than what they repaired. The finish trim around the door window was incorrectly put on, there are gaps between the pieces that shouldn't be there. They don't fit tightly against the glass and water gets inside my door. They put two large chips in a panel they didn't even work on and when I took it back for them to fix that they painted it a different color than my car! When it was first finished after two months, I opened the replaced door and the rubber seal just fell off in their driveway! They removed the entire rear bumper to replace a door and messed up all of the sensors, front and rear. The entire job it terribly sloppy and very poorly done. I complained to my insurance company and they told the shop they had to redo the work. They told me they would and the owner promised he would make sure it was done to my satisfaction. After weeks of taking it back for more photos, repeatedly and waiting for a new bid they sent to get paid to redo their bad work Matthew has refused to fix my car properly. My insurance company was even going to pay them again to fix the terrible work. No other body shop on island will fix/ repaint the panel, even when the insurance company authorized payment! The body shops on island are all in this together. I am having State Farm remove MS Auto from their approved shops.

I wanted to tell him to run as fast as he could because it felt very trapped into something that clearly was not a very good deal telling me I could not do better on the island and I had better grab it at the over price they wanted. I escaped and found a much nicer car and a way better deal at an independent smaller lot without all the big dealer fluff.
