They assured me they could succeed where others failed, but unfortunately, the stains remain. Beware this company is the biggest scam I have experienced in my life. Not only did they do a poor…read morejob cleaning my sofa but during the work the technician was using faulty equipment and water was all over my hardwood floors and my ceramic tiles in a different room that he was working in. The icing on the cake was the technician when leaving scraped my hardwood floors from the back of the sofa all the way to my front door and George is not willing to take the responsibility for the technicians wrong doing.
